I rented a slip n slide with water feature for my daughter's birthday. Set up was great, and prompt-and included them turning on the water during set up. Pick up was 4 hours later and they forgot to turn off the water when they unplugged everything. Unfortunately, not expecting our water to still be on, and being busy, nobody noticed until early morning the next day. Needless to say, our grass is now a swamp. When I reached out to them about this, I got an apology, and an assurance that they have never been contacted regarding something like this in the 17 years they've been in business. They then said they would speak with their staff about this. There was no attempt to try to make it right initially. They reached back out to me today and offered a small refund to compensate for the water being left on, which is in line with what I would expect a business to do. I have therefore modified my review and would consider using them again. read more

We have rented from Bo-Bo's Bouncy Town since 2014 so this is a post with a lot of history and repeat business behind it. Each experience has been outstanding. It is family owned and operated, which is important to us. The customer service is top-notch. Kelli is very helpful from the beginning as we were trying to decide what to do for each birthday. She is caring and patient through questions and scheduling. For each of our rentals Kelli and her husband have done the delivery and pick-up. Every single time they were on-time and often early for drop-off. The inflatables have all been in great shape and are always clean, no yucky smells ever.
