They have all of the speakers and equipment already set up and it was one less thing for us to worry about. We first spoke with Jesse, who I believe kind of runs the company and went over a list of what we wanted. They have multiple DJs as part of this company and we were paired with Laci. I have to say it was a spectacular experience! She played the songs from the list of guest requests we had gotten when we asked for RSVPs, she was open to day of requests, and really knew how to keep people coming back to the dance floor. She payed enough attention to notice what types of songs kept people entertained and really made everything flow perfectly! She also played a variety (even some polka for my Czech family.) We got a lot of compliments from guests about the DJ and we could not be happier. The wedding party also really enjoyed that she was friendly, helpful, and funny. We were all thrilled to have the Keurig at our disposal for hot cocoa, tea and coffee service. All in all, everything about our stay was perfect! We had great weather, so the glamping (without a/c or heat) was just right. If you are worried about being warm/cold, you may want to bring additional provisions (they had a nice fan and that was just enough for us!) Well this is a clearly beautiful spot for a romantic getaway, it was also a perfect family event because every fellow parent knows you're already going to be packing your entire trunk with things for the kids, not to mention any recreational equipment you plan to bring to enjoy all of Lake cunningham. It was quite a treat to not have to think about bedding, air mattresses, fans, coffee gear, extra ice in the coolers, etc etc. We reached out a few days before to confirm furnishing details because we got a little turned around on the booking website, but that may have been just our own issue, and either way, they handled it well and answered our questions quickly.
