If I could I would have them do all my clothes because I can't get them as clean as they do. I also have specific requirements with urine in cat and dog beds due to geriatric incontinence and these beds came back as new with no odours. I also used to have my horse blankets professionally cleaned and when moved to the Okanagan asked this laundromat if I could do them there. To my amazement they said yes. Not expecting great results because prior I had used a professional company that specialized in cleaning horse blankets only and I was honestly shocked when the results were "better" than the professional cleaners. These are not one of experiences; I have been going there a year now and it is consistently exceptional in every aspect of service and I have a high standard. I used to dread using a laundromat but not anymore. It is a safe, welcoming, clean, exceptional business. If you a tourist passing through or a resident here trust me you will be happy you went there. Best bet I have ever made! Truly grateful to this family run business!

I had to do 5 loads at $4 per and one on them took my money, got my clothes soaked then shut off after 2 minutes and said done I had to put them in another machine and spend another $4. My friend was with me and this happened to her to in another machine. I called and the lady was very responsive and nice and had her friend who was working next door refund us right away and we appreciated that. One of the dryers didn't work very well so I had to move those into another and lost a couple bucks... all in all it cost me $30 to wash which was way too much. Laundromat was clean and organized
