We hired Circa Vintage Rentals for our wedding in March, and unfortunately, our experience was…read moreextremely disappointing. Our rental delivery was scheduled for 9:00 a.m., and we were told there would be a team to help unload and set up the equipment. Instead, only two people arrived around 12:00-1:00 p.m. Thankfully, we had amazing friends and family who stepped in to unload and set everything up. Without their help, our wedding would not have been ready in time. To make matters worse, the chairs had apparently been spray-painted the day before our wedding. My husband had to personally wipe down every chair to prevent fresh paint from transferring onto our guests' clothing. Much of the rental equipment also arrived dirty, adding even more stress on a day that should have been enjoyable. While those issues alone were frustrating, the biggest disappointment has been the audio guest book. We paid in full upfront, partly to secure this service. The contract states that recordings would be returned within two weeks of the event, yet it has now been four months. We've repeatedly been told that our audio would be delivered "soon," but it still hasn't been provided. Unfortunately, the audio guest book was our only guest book. Those messages from our family and loved ones are irreplaceable, and we're now left wondering if we'll ever receive them. Throughout this process, the staff has been quick to apologize, but apologies have never been followed by action. We tried to be patient and understanding, but instead, our kindness felt taken advantage of. In the end, my husband ended up doing much of the work that we paid this company to do. I cannot recommend Circa Vintage Rentals based on our experience. Couples deserve a vendor they can rely on, especially on one of the most important days of their lives.
