Lauren the pharmacist confirmed that they do indeed do COMPOUNDING MEDICATIONS, she was very nice and answered all of our questions. We honestly didn't shop around but the price seemed to be fair, since insurance doesn't pay for this medication. The rest of the pharmacy staff is also very nice and good with following up. They were able to get our prescription filled in a timely manner. However, good to note: they ask you give them 1 to 2 weeks notice for compounding refills. Give them a call, they seem to be very accommodating. As I was pulling out of my parking space, their delivery driver, operating a minivan, was driving erratically in the parking lot and nearly hit my vehicle. I have dash cam footage to back this up. The delivery driver was parked in front of the pharmacy in a red zone, blocking traffic. When I confronted him about his reckless driving, he became very aggressive, using foul language and challenging me. His attitude was entirely unacceptable, disturbing and he seemed eager for a confrontation rather than taking responsibility. I tried reaching out to the pharmacy to report this behavior, but the staff was unhelpful. The woman who answered the phone told me to call back on Monday, and when I called again, she hung up on me. This lack of accountability is troubling, especially when the pharmacy seemingly protects their drivers regardless of their actions. I contacted the police, who advised me to speak to the manager or owner about the situation. It's disappointing to see such non-apologetic behavior from a business. I hope they take steps to address this issue, as it reflects a great deal on their establishment. Beware of the this aggressive person.
