Be well pharmacy has been my pharmacy for years now and I can honestly say I ABSOLUTELY love their care. Lilian is beyond nice and her staff is always sweet as well and professional. I don't understand the negative reviews because I never received not even .000001% of negativity. There's a bonus of drinks and snacks for purchase while you're waiting (which there's never a long wait.) I actually bought one of my favorite cake spatulas Christmas 2022 inside their pharmacy. I wouldn't and couldn't choose a pharmacy better than Be well. Thank you so much for the amazing care Lilian and staff!! I would guess that most pharmacies can provide similar items. So what sets Be Well apart from others? It's their incredible personal service! As in most businesses - it's the people that make the difference; Lillian, Quinn and the rest of the team are always striving to take care what you need. They truly care about serving the community. Our small residential facility for the elderly has relied on their resources for advice, Covid, flu and Hepatitis B vaccinations for our staff, and delivery of medications for our residents. They understand getting what you need is important, and sometimes things happen where you need medications ASAP. Be Well has always worked hard to assist us in any way possible. In addition, they always suggest generics and/or other options to keep prices low for our residents and their families. Many of our clients have called Lillian and Be Well a "Godsend!" I recently had to deal with a larger chain pharmacy location - it took me 2 hours and 3 phone calls to get an answer - they would answer the phone and say "Can you hold?" - then put me on hold before I could say "NO, I have and urgent issue!! These type of things make me appreciate the way Be Well conducts business. When you see many 5 star reviews saying the same thing - it's an easy call! Highly recommended!! read more

My boyfriend and I scheduled an appointment to receive the Jannsen vaccine. My boyfriend went in first as his appointment was before mine and was denied the vaccine by the front desk rep. He was told that she didn't want to "waste" the last bottle she had on 2 people and advised to call her tomorrow to see if she can squeeze us in. She waited until we arrived to let us know that she could not administer the vaccine rather than have enough courtesy to give us a phone call so we didn't have to drive all the way out there. Very unprofessional. Will not be returning. read more

Very very very rude staff , unprofessional . They put me on hold for 10 minutes so I called from another phone to get service when they answered and realized it was the same person they had on hold, they hung up on me on both calls, straight up refused to talk to me . I'm just wondering what I did wrong? Then the called me back at closing time asking what I need I said I will call them on Monday because I'm busy now and they said don't call back & kept asking for my name even though they knew it, I heard laughing and giggling in the back . They seemed young and immature not professional at all ! Jane was the name they gave me it was pretty strange they called me wanting to argue. I just wanted to speak to the manager... the person on the phone was so mean and rude . I'm 6 months months pregnant I'mma just pray for this company. read more

After bens pharmacy closed down, i ended up looking for a new pharmacy and I stopped by last week and their pricing is second to none! Cash price at retail prices are ridiculous but thier cost was 1/3 of what i would pay at big retailers and at me previous! 2 thumbs up! read more

I wish all pharmacies were like this. The big chain ones are getting more and more of their generics (!!!) from offshore. Remember: all the FDA stipulates is that the active ingredient be the same strength; the carrier can be darned near anything they want. So when CVS dropped the brand of generic I have been using for years and substituted it with something totally unsatisfactory, I said "Nope. Transfer it to Be Well where they CAN get it." This is as good as a pharmacy gets. I don't know if it's because it's an independent pharmacy or what, but it really feels like a neighborhood pharmacy. The pharmacists are super nice and thoughtful. When I walked in with a bunch of questions about what I needed, my pharmacist took the time to answer all my questions for as long as it took. Plenty of street parking and plenty of customer parking spaces in the back. I think I finally found a pharmacy I trust and feel completely comfortable with. Be Well Pharmacy has been our go-to pharmacy since it opened and the pharmacists there are always professional, thoughtful, and concerned about getting you what you need when you need it. I've had stints with the local CVS or Rite Aid pharmacies but the wait times and distant/unconnected service was always hit or miss. Be Well is very personal and they take the time to hear you out with your medications and other pharmaceutical issues, too. They're located at the corner of Commonwealth and Lawrence at the bottom floor of the brand new Ventana senior apartment development. Lots of the seniors there were raving about the pharmacy on one of the occasions and were talking to the Pharmacist. It took me a while to get served on that occasion but I appreciated the attentiveness and service and didn't mind it one bit because if it was my parent asking about their meds I'd appreciate if the pharmacist took their time to go over them they way Be Well did.
