Yet, it doesn't feel overwhelming, because the merchandising skills utilized here just made it a pleasure to wander this way and that, admiring all the little touches. The young lady working here was more preoccupied with her phone and her video than greeting customers. However, after looking around for a while, I found several items that I loved, that were reasonably priced, and beautiful, so I bought them! However, I am writing this review, not so much about the store, but about the sales associate who assisted me. Her name was Lauren, and they couldn't have a sweeter and more helpful person there! Loren had the greatest smile, the kindest voice, and was not overbearing or obnoxious like a lot of the sales people I met in stores. She left me to look around on my own, but was available in seconds every time I needed assistance. I watched how she interacted with other customers and her service was spot on. Good customer service seems to be a practice that is lost in our country at this point in time and I know it must be affecting productivity as well as sales. That's why I wanted to take the time to acknowledge the outstanding service that Lauren provided. She understands what good customer service means and she delivers. Plus, she is truly a very nice person and perfect for the job she currently holds. Truval marketplace is lucky to have Lauren and I feel honored to have met her.
