Took my two young grandkids, 3 and 5. They had a blast! Bouncy inflatables for all ages. Space for crawlers to preschool, two separate bounce areas where my 3 year old loved to climb, bounce and slide, then the HUGE area for all ages. My 5 year old loved the big space and the challenge to climb and slide the bigger items. Next week I will be bringing more grandkids 6, 8, and 10. Hoping later in the year to bring my teen grandkids. Literally all ages and size have a fun, safe place to play. Even parents can join in if they want. Air conditioned, food and drinks available, but you can also bring water bottles and leave on one of the many long tables available. There are even some comfy chairs for parents who just want to chill while their kids play. Owner understands kids and their need to play! I have a lot of great things to say about this place. I have been coming here since my kids were little and it's always been a great time. Now my older kids have kids so I come with my grands. But... the most important part is my youngest, who is 16, decided that him and a group of friends wanted to relive their younger days and come back. They have had such a great time just being kids again. Thank you to the management for understanding that even at 16 they are still kids and allowing them to let go for a few hours meant the world to them. read more

We went here for the first time today. It was my granddaughter's fifth birthday. It was amazing. The staff were so good, they do everything for you, including clean up! They have private rooms for parties, which is really nice. The bounce houses are so much fun for the kiddos. They have a toddler zone and another bouncy house for the younger kids and bigger, more challenging ones for the older kids. All of the kids (and the big kids too, aka, the parents) had a really good time. I highly recommend Jungle Zone if you have youngsters as a great place for a party. read more

It's a perfect place to have fun out of the hot Florida sun. It's definitely worth the price of admission and they also serve food.

Owner's daughter is a bully to 1.5 and 3 years olds. She's set at a table to color and just kinda roams free unsupervised to be a little meany. Other than that we had a good time. We had little ones so next time we will choose the toddler day. We got lucky bc we got there super early so they got to play everywhere before the bigger kids showed up. Fun for all ages! 2 months and they still have not fixed the hole in the boat. It's sharp where the wheel was broken off. We provided them pictures. We asked that they fix it. They do NOT enforce the toddler area so your little one will be getting run over like ours was. We've spoken to three different employees about this. nothing changed. The foam blocks are taped instead of replaced. Its also extremely loud. There is a speaker in every corner, one of which is right over the toddler play area. Very expensive as well for the tiny area. $10 for the child and only 1 free adult. Anyone else is $10 if they are going to step foot into the play area. As a family my wife and I like to play with our child together. So it's almost $22. read more

I always come here when I visit my parents , I like it here . It's reasonable priced and they don't charge you by the hour so you pay a flat fee and can stay as long as you like . there definitely is not enough stop watching the children in the play area. Kids were at the top of one gem blocking the slide and another kid was at the bottom throwing them the ball. No other kid was able to go up or down. I told the staff member they got him down and the kids went right back to doing it. Kids are not being supervised by their parents nor by the staff. read more

Might have been short staffed, may have missed a shipment. For the kids, jungle zoo is great amusement. At the time there were no friendly kid juices available - water and sodas to pick from. Fries came out first and we're cooler than room temp when the hotdogs came out. Stale bread. The toddler areas need to be enforced some how as kids older than 4 were invading those bounce houses. The experience may be best for those planning a birthday party there. But wouldn't recommend for a reason to get out of the house on the weekend. read more

At one point I would have given this place a 4 Star review. I have taken my kid and her friends here on multiple occasions and had a great time. Today, not so much. Two teenagers were left in charge and I'm pretty sure they think they have been sworn into the FBI. There is literally 5 children in here (3 of which are mine) and it is my daughters birthday. The two teens left in charge are being very rude to us about how the kids are playing. I asked to speak to a manager, and there is no manager on shift. They claim to have called the manager (I'm pretty sure it is the girls mom that was called, not a real manager), and I spoke with her and got nowhere. OK folks, let's face the facts. We're in Florida, and Florida only has 2 seasons- hot and scorching hot. We give the weatherman an easy job: "Today, it will be hot. Oh, and most of you will get rain. Enjoy!" We also have children, and children's energy levels don't subside just because it's too hot to survive outdoors. So if your children want to play, or have too much energy, or you just need something to do, go play at Jungle Zone! They have several huge inflatables, including a section reserved for kids 4 and under so they don't get clobbered by the bigger kids. There's also a small arcade, a snack bar, and 3 rooms for parties. Make sure you bring socks as they are required in order to be allowed to play. read more

I live 30 minutes away and took my daughter there for a hot Saturday's way of having fun while staying cool.The staff was friendly and the place was clean and very safe. The only complaint I have is, the fries are so good I would need an hour of jumping to burn them off. We've been to several kid play places like this,this is by far the biggest and funnest as my daughter would say. There's massage chairs a wide screen for the adults to relax while hanging out, which didn't make me watch the clock, my daughter liked that. Be warned...the plastic that you slide down gives terrible rug burns & welts. Be sure to wear long pants, tucked in shirts, and even fingerless gloves are advised. I received a terrible welt to the back of my thigh that felt like a burn, and a terrible blister to my palm that felt like I burned it on the stove. I also don't recommend for very young children under 4; slides and steps are very steep, and slides are very fast. read more

Jungle Zone staff has a lot to learn about customer service. We were refused our free refill and I was told to "dig into my pocket and gimme 50 cents" by a nasty high-school aged clerk. I was considering having my girls' birthday parties there but after being refused a stupid soda by a rude employee I wont be spending another red cent there. Also my kids both have ice packs on their skinned knees and elbows from the plastic slides. read more
