I trust them with mine.

They claimed I had to bring her in as it was against the law to give deworming medication out. This is untrue as I simply went to a different vet and they sold it to me no problem. I have three cats and they lost my business all to try and make an extra $80 on a consultation. I live in Breslau and will prefer to drive into Guelph for all my animals needs.

In the two days prior he was less perky and we hoped this was temporary (good days and bad days), but within 24 hours CatNap contacted us to advise of decline. They took our baby to the vet and we very sadly agreed it was time to relieve suffering. Obviously not being there in last moments was absolutely devastating & heartbreaking for us. When we returned and came in to settle bill, they waived everything. This was so unexpected and touching. Gestures like this are so so rare these days. I'm tearing up writing this. CatNap cottages took excellent care of our 2 cats for a week over the holidays. The cats were…read morehoused in a little "cottage" with a ledge and a window facing outside, and we brought their bed which went inside. The litter box was far enough away from their bed and food dishes and the cottage was clean. You could tell the employees really love cats and they took time to play with the animals according to the instructions they meticulously recorded when we made our arrangements to leave them. Both cats were well groomed (i.e they had been brushed) and were just lazing about in their cottage when we came (a little early) to get them. None of the cats in the place seemed overly stressed. There was also a larger play area where they let the cats out to play - but not with other cats. Overall I was really at peace with leaving my pets in the care of the staff at CatNap. I called a few times while I was gone and they patiently answered all my questions and even went to look to see what teh cats were doing while I was on the phone. They kept great notes on their activities (eating/drinking/litter box business). Price was $14.99 per cat, per night, so it wasn't cheap, but at least we were able to relax on our holiday, knowing they were taken care of so well.

I don't see a lot of these around the city but they seem to have more in the west end. This store was impeccably clean and well organized. The lady saw us admiring the cow toy and let us know that it also came in a sheep as well. They have an extensive selection of premium dog food in dry, wet, and raw food forms! Almost the entire back of the store is a refrigerated case. There are prepared foods that are cooked and uncooked ones. They had bags of just individual parts so you can mix and match, like quail eggs and chicken feet. Everything looked really clean, moreso than most grocery stores lol. They also have a case of really nicely iced baked goods. Some are birthday and some are just for the season. There were summer ones including really cute squirrels and crabs, almost like the really nice iced cookies you see at Starbucks! They also had other doggy party supplies like hats, bandanas, and bow ties with cute prints.
