They have a great program for early childhood development. They even take time to have the teachers do a home visit so they can get to know each child a little better in their own environment. My son loves the Mommy & Me class where we get to spend time together playing, creating, and enjoying the music class within it. They both feel at home at Mt. View. My daughter has the same teacher that our neighbor's 24 year old son had - they have a phenomenal teacher retention rate! I recommend this school to everyone! And it's even very reasonably priced! This is my experience and I wanted to share it. Here are a couple pictures that show the school was short staffed, the business closed earlier then our contract stated, and I was charged double along with all of the other parents during my childrens enrollment. I had to show bank statements proving I was double charged as they were confrontational when I brought up the issue. Per other reviews, Jackie denied everything and was not apologetic for any of these problems. I have a post on NextDoor going and it is amazing how many other families have had similar issues. Shall I tell you the story of how they sent a bag of feces home in his backpack? Worst of all, they allowed him to wander out the door with another family. If not for the attention and care of the other parents, he could have easily wandered from the parking lot into the street. Because it is mid-semester, our son must now wait several months on waiting lists of more reputable schools so hopefully he can attend in the fall. Terrible experience, and hard to explain to a toddler why he can't go back to play with his friends! If you value your child's safety and happiness, do not send them to Gateway Montessori!
