I told him I had a large walker, the driver broke my walker, trying to force it into the backseat of his car and when I want a compensation to get it fixed, I got the runaround. Today, March 18, 2026 I schedule a ride for them to the hospital. My appointment is for 10 o'clock. They were supposed to pick me up at 9:02. It's now 1009. I had a terrible experience with Junior's car service around election time 2024. The driver was combatant, argumentative. I explained I was a disabled Elder. They did send a needed low car. When I called from my appointment to return home, the call was refused. I had used Junior's earlier in the week to vote. The drivers had issues around the elections, but I never discussed how I voted. Both drivers either had issues around their citizenship or knew people. My Family worked with Dr. King. We came to what is now the USA around 1520. Legal or illegal people have no right to mistreat us after our struggle to vote in our own country. I was waiting for my car to come to pick me up for around 3 hours and 17 minutes.  I called the car service  pick me up in my therapy center but they never showed up to pick me up. One of the car companies Junior Express Car Service was supposed to pick me up from my therapy center to my home in Brooklyn.  They were lying to me the entire time without any compassion about my health problems. They were saying to me that they were looking for a driver for more than 3 hours but I know that this was not true. The car never came to pick me up. I waited in a terrible cold weather and I got sick with a cold because of them. I was waiting for three hours and 17 minutes and we called an Uber Taxi to pick me up. I'm a regular customer. Pickup to go to JFK went smoothly. Important to allow for extra time - T2 is closed. Good driver, helped me with my bag. Courteous and prompt. I'm hoping to give the same review for my pickup on 8/13. UPDATE: pickup at JFK to return home worked out well, given that it's a madhouse even at midnight. Nice to have a reliable neighborhood car service because it's hit or miss with the yellow cabs who often don't know the best routes and that ends up costing you more in time and expense. HORRIBLE DO NOT USE THIS CAR SERVICE!!!! I had a medical trip scheduled prior in advance. The pickup was 45 minutes late. The driver was friendly but the company is completely unorganized and to be honest - I am amazed they are still in business. On the way home I called to let them know I was ready to be picked up I was promised about a 20 or 30 minute wait. After an hour and 40 minutes still no car showed up. I kept calling the dispatcher and my insurance and they continue to assure me that I would receive a car soon. I never did. I miss picking up my daughter from daycare and I ended up having to pay out of my pocket for a private car service money which I did not have. Literally food out of my children's mouth. Don't use these idiots. They showed up to take us to airport and the guy had no idea how to install his car seat for our baby and the hooks and clasps were all upside down so we had to get on our hands and knees on the sidewalk to properly fix this old junky car seat. Then he didn't know how to use his credit card machine and didn't have change (supposedly) so we had to give him a larger tip than planned. THEN just now the car to take us back home from the airport had no idea how to go to the "car service pick up" area so it was a wild goose chase finding him. When we finally found him he had NO CAR SEAT for our baby despite us telling them several times on phone to make sure one comes already installed in car. He seemed baffled and then asked "can't you just get in without car seat?" Suggesting we just hold our 23 month baby in our lap. Very disappointed! I used Juniors for few years and always called them to take me to the airport when traveling. I called them today at 11 am to book a car for 3 pm for the airport to be there on time for all the checks implemented due to the pandemic.At 3 pm no car. I called Juniors at 3:05 pm they said they did not know where the car was and that the driver would text me prior to his arrival. We called again at 3:15 pm and they the hang up. At 3:17 pm the driver texted us his EAT: 7 mins away. The driver arrived at 3:28 pm : they had just told me about the job. I would like to notify you there's a female teen 19 yrs old that's been at your business. She a trouble teen from the neighborhood. She shouldn't be at your place of business. I have seen her there a couple of times. I did have a confrontation with her on the street last year. She acts very erratic. She has mental health problems. I ordered a car once a few weeks ago to take my mother to the airport. They didn't show up. When I called them after the pickup time had come and gone they said they didn't have a record of me calling for a car but would send someone over. Fast forward three weeks. It's 3am and I've just been woken by 4 phone calls from juniors to say the car (that I didn't order) is ready. This is the SECOND time they've done this. I keep blocking their number but they have multiple phone lines. Do yourself a favor, call someone else. You don't want these people to have your phone number. Luis is the manger that has no regard for customer service, has no solution to my issues even told me to just deal with it. I asked for a mini-van because I have 6 passengers and was given a four seater. I have 5 people in the back, with an elderly lady and children. This car service is the worst car service in Brooklyn! I have never experienced anything worse! I used to use them all the time. Before I visited the location, they were always on time, nice, friendly and professional. I believe they are a Dominican owned car service. I came to the location after picking up my niece and nephew who are half Jamaican and Mexican from daycare in the area, and ever since that day.. they have been very rude and nasty to me over the phone. They recognized my voice and address and were able to distinguish who i was. I've generally had decent experiences with Juniors, but have now had two experiences that are causing me to move along to a different service. About a year ago, I called Juniors to take my mom to the airport. The first driver who showed up saw that she was an older woman, walking with a cane, asked if she was paying with a voucher and, even though I said that she would be paying with cash, he refused to take her and we had to wait for another car to show up. This morning, my friend was overcharged for her ride to the airport. Their website clearly shows a $35 flat fee to LGA, but the driver told her it was $46. When I contacted them, they told me that the price changed to $40 as of this week (which is reasonable), but it hasn't been updated on the website and claimed that the additional $6 was what she chose to tip on the app. Except that she didn't pay via the app...she paid cash and tipped on TOP of the $46 that the driver quoted her (she paid $55 in total). VERY SHADY! Too bad that their drivers feel ok ripping off customers. Never using this car service ever again. AMENDED TO ADD: Yes, I did download the app and requested the car via the app, but my friend paid in CASH and paid tip on top of the $46 that the driver quoted her. To be fair, I do have 15% tip set as the default on my app, however the driver did not explain that the $46 quote already included tip and I feel that he should have vs. accepting $55. In addition, I contacted the business via e-mail to inquire about the price difference. All I wanted was an "I'm sorry for the mix-up" and to understand what happened. Instead, Raul essentially called me a liar, asking why I would pay in cash after entering credit card info into the app, but I don't even have credit card info entered into the app and have cash set as my default payment type. On February 11th this car service was booked by Cenrek Transportation and confirmed to pick me up at around 9am. Mind you I am a senior citizen and around 9am the dispatcher called me and said the driver is downstairs, I asked "are you sure" and they said "yes come outside." I came outside and there was no one there, when I called the dispatcher they rudely said "go back inside and wait for them to call back and the driver to be there". This was the second time that this has happened and I am very upset with this car service provider and how rude they are. I started using Juniors when I moved to a new neighborhood. First time, fine. Second time, they got the pickup time wrong and sent a car within 15 minutes. Third time, they showed up 25 minutes late to take me to the airport. When I called the dispatcher at 10 past he told me the car would be there in 5 minutes and promptly hung up. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. This past Tuesday, I was flying to Jamaica for my son's wedding and I accidentally left my phone in the car. I realized it after a few minutes and after searching, I called Junior's. Mario put me on hold while he phoned the driver. I was happy to hear that the driver found my phone in the car but was too far away on another call to return it before my flight. Mario assured me it would be in the office. I was disappointed, but relieved it has been found. Yesterday (Saturday) I stopped at Junior's on the way home but the guy on the desk told me I would have to come back after 11 tonight to talk to Mario. I walked back over and Mario remembered our conversation. He did not see the phone in the drawer, and tried to call the driver. He could not reach him. I gave him my home number and he said he would call me when he had more information. I walked back home and after 20 minutes, Mario told me to hold on, because he was on the phone with his boss. When he came back on the line, he said, "I have your phone." I rushed back there and there was my phone in an envelope with my name and address on it. Apparently, when the driver returned it, Mario was no longer on duty. He gave it to the boss , who locked it up and put it away. Mario was able to reach him and learned where it was. I want thank everyone involved, but particularly, Mario. He calmed me down when I called initially, assuring me that the driver had my phone and he calmed me last night, assuring me I would be reunited with my phone, which I was. Thanks again guys. I called Juniors Express Car Service today (Sunday) 09/05/2001 and was picked up by a driver named Bernard who dropped me off in an unknown location. When I questioned it, he said due to traffic, he could not take me directly to the building and that I had to walk down the block. Not knowing the area well, I paid Bernard and exited the vehicle then started to walk. When I got down the block, I noticed I was in an area with nothing but private homes and my destination was a business location. Of course Bernard had left and I was stranded not knowing where I was. I then called the dispatcher at the car service to complain that the driver had dropped me off at the wrong location. The dispatcher was no better than the driver! She was the same person that had taken my call for service and when I explained my situation, she said "hold on, I will call the driver". Next thing I knew she had disrespectfully hung up the phone and there was no call back. Needless to say, I never made it to my destination and was left to find my way back home! Also, when they text you vehicle information for pick up they stress that you wear a face covering or mask. It would have been nice if the driver had one on too!!
