This is an update to an earlier 2-star review. JM replaced an iron fence/gate separating the garage…read moreto the backyard, which included a mechanical combination lock. The fence spanned approximately 12 ft from neighbors fence to my exterior wall. The ground was also sloped so JM had to detail the fence to match the contour. There was an issue with the work of the crew that did the initial install, and I texted the owner to address it. The lock didn't mate well with the receptacle, and a wood slat wasn't adequately secured and fell off. Turned out he had a major health issue that sidelined him for over a month, so the review was based on my unhappiness that noone was available to resolve the issue. I did finally hear back from the owner, and he promptly had a crew come back to address the issue. All seems to be working fine now. It's clear to me that the owner truly cares about his customers and his reputation and reviews. I'd definitely use him again if we have another project. He's very involved with every project and stands behind his work.
