After finishing the work, he only sent me a video. I paid $300 for the job. Communication and professionalism are very important for any service. Unfortunately, his communication was poor and some of his messages were rude. I understand everyone is working, but I also have my own job and need to focus on my customers while I'm working. It would have been much better if he had confirmed the time with me before starting the work. Because of this experience, I would not use this service again.
