In addition to Colt, we dealt with Jason, James and Colin. To much to mention on here but my message is to beware ! Look into more than their solicited reviews. Look over contract and pricing closely. Our opinion is to Find someone else to do your floors. Having said that the guys that actually did the job actually worked hard and did a good job. They didn't tell me this until they arrived to install the cabinets -- otherwise, I would have rescheduled to another date. The installers said the owner didn't realize the doors were not in -- something I would assume they would be aware of before sending guys out on a job. When they came back a second time to install the doors, they were not even. They also did not install the crown molding that was on my contract. When they returned a third time to finish our small job, they left the molding at the top very unsightly. They blamed the light being in the way; however, the light has always been there. The owner did not mark the light on his drawing -- a miss on his part. Yet, as the customer, I pay the price as they have not offered a solution. I reached out several times for a solution but received no response. Overall, I would not recommend Queen City Closets for any future jobs. They are unorganized & noncommunicative. I ended up going in another director for my closets, and I couldn't be happier - please take your business to Charlotte Doors & Closets if you would like a job done timely & well done.
