Andrei was a friendly guy and he showed up on the date agreed. He was very expensive compared to other quotes I received, but I was in a time crunch and he was available relatively quick - so I was willing to move forward. The quality of work was fair/average, but definitely not on par with the price (about $200 per hour). I strongly reccomend getting a detailed scope of work to be performed in writing or be available to supervise the work. I failed to do this, which is my fault, and ended up regretting it. Also a mess was left behind. The more time I had to look at the work that was done, the more it frustrated me. I ended up redoing the two main tasks I hired him for myself. Again, my fault for not getting everything in writing. However, the quality of work left a lot to be desired so that is what I am basing the review on. read more
