I have been searching for a salon and stylist that truly cares about the health of your hair and who knows how to cut hair properly. Most salons CANNOT cut hair professionally even though they charge you for said "professional cut." Angela will give you an outstanding cut. I firmly believe that my hair grew faster and healthier because of it. My hair was so damaged, tangled and breaking off from hormones and stress. Angela was so sweet and extremely informative about hair health and products. She has a pleasant and gentle energy that transfers to how she handles the service that you're getting. She is honest and gives you all the information regarding your hair as well as how to take care of it "after" the appointment. While I'm not the type that normally frequents Salons, but just per my observation, Jammie is really great with what she does; she knows her stuff.   She is even more fantastic with kids. My daughter really liked her a lot to the point that when it was time for her to get her hair cut again, Jammie would be the first person she wants to go to.   You can find Jammie at Foiled Rotten Salon off Baymeadows Road, in Jacksonville. Slightly awkwardly waiting in the reception area while she juggles another client. Slightly disappointed at the lack of mindless magazines - No Self, Seventeen, Vogue or Glamour. Fortunately, there was Harpers Bazaar so I could catch up on Paris Hilton's latest. I did the face framing height lights - 8 foils but I think she gave me a few extra. Saved around $60 by skipping toner and a blow dry. Asked for thick highlights, and they looked a bit skinned but the stylist showed me how they were actually thick. She was right.
