Both have made themselves available at all times to answer any questions and concerns. There are two reasons why I raised my rating to only three stars. The first one is that the communication services still need to ensure that cellular reception in the memory care section is improved. Nurses need to be accessible at all times. The second reason has to do with the nurse (Najee) that showed zero empathy after the incident. She will barely acknowledge me now and continues to have an attitude. It is worrisome, because she is supposed to be my main interface for my parents' care. She avoids me and also gets others to speak with me when she sees that I have a question. I really want to raise my rating, but it's difficult under the circumstances. Many of the staff do show genuine concern which is great; hopefully, I will have a better update soon.
