We had two huge blackberry piles hauled away by Alex and team, they got in the same day and did impeccable work, and were affordable, professional and prompt. Our driveway was not easy to navigate, we were new to the property and weren't aware of the weird soft spots their truck got stuck in a few times as they backed it into our yard. We also realised that the tree at the driveway entrance was overgrown and blocking a clean entry. Alex and team were very patient with us as we tried to address these problems last minute (sawing branches, putting down stone pavers in soft holes). If you need a company to save you bc another much larger company (who does our regular trash pickup) flaked on their scheduled and confirmed pickup then these are your guys!!! The closing on our house was threatened bc the other company did not do the scheduled bulk pickup and never called me. Their inaction was going to delay the closing on our house. Fantastic experience with these guys! I was desperate and called on Saturday begging for a pickup that weekend and they were able to work it in their schedule to come the next day! I'm sure that's not always possible, but I was lucky and I appreciated them making the effort to do an extra pickup on a Sunday. Alex, the owner, made every effort to accommodate and explain the process to me. There was a long line at the dump that delayed their arrival but they kept me in the loop via phone so I didn't mind (I know how slow it can go out there). The two guys that showed up were courteous, respectful, and friendly, and they worked really fast. I also noticed that they made a point to wipe their shoes before entering the house; that was a very polite touch that not everybody does anymore. I'd highly recommend them! read more
