They asked me the basic questions in advance & I answered about the vehicle's condition, etc. They gave me a decent quote on the phone & they set up a time to come-they were flexible & helpful & it was the same day! Also they gave me a 1 hour window of time (2-3:00), not all day like another towing company (another place told me 8 to 5!) The driver called when on the way, & showed up on time. He was very decent to deal with, did not hassle me over stuff or try to lessen the price quoted. Then I signed & he paid & left. I would deal with them again FOR SURE! Thanks again Luis Towing! My salesperson, Lacy, was awesome. He took the time to understand my car buying needs and what I was looking to spend. He was totally patient, respectful, and overall he was great.
