They said they had to send it back because they couldn't certify it. I thought, that's reassuring. They did show me a car that was a little more expensive but with all the options, I was impressed with the vehicle and went forward with the sale. There was one thing I didn't like, they used the rush tactic on me by telling me someone else was there to buy the car despite having started the work to get me into the vehicle. I was told money on the door get first dibs. I'm a man of my word, so that rubbed me the wrong way. Other than that, I have to say they made the process relatively easy. They worked with me to get the best deal possible. I was in a rush to get out the door after doing the paper work. They needed to take care of somethings on the car to ensure it was in tip top shape. They offered to deliver the car to my door. There is no better feeling than seeing your beautiful car pull up in your driveway! I had a great experience and I will definitely go back for my next car. Thanks to the staff and salesmen! Best Regards, J.Miko

I'm sharing my full experience with Global Auto Outlet because it has honestly been one of the…read moreworst dealership experiences I've ever had. I purchased a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT on July 1, 2025 after putting down a very large down payment. Donta was my salesman, while Amaal handled all paperwork. Before purchasing the vehicle, I explained that I had already purchased an Endurance warranty because it offered better coverage and pricing. Amaal told me their dealership policy required all used vehicles to be sold with a warranty and assured me I could cancel my warranty afterward. Based on that representation, I moved forward with the purchase. Within days, I noticed a serious knocking noise coming from the truck. I returned on July 3, 2025 and was told the noise was "probably just torque" because the vehicle had a lot of horsepower. The issue continued, so I returned again on July 8 and insisted something was wrong. I left the truck for inspection and later received a call saying their technicians inspected and test drove it but found nothing wrong. When I picked it up, I personally took the service manager for a ride so he could hear the noise himself. After hearing it, he claimed it probably just needed differential fluid changed. Knowing the issue was more serious, I sought a second opinion through an Endurance-approved repair shop. They diagnosed: - Broken oil dipstick tube - Leaking valve cover gaskets - A failing front differential Endurance covered some repairs, but after sending an inspector, they stated the differential issue clearly existed before purchase and needed to be handled by the dealership. When I returned to speak with Amaal, he suddenly acted as if he knew nothing about my previous complaints or the service manager hearing the issue himself. I was then directed to Reggie, the store manager. From September 2025 through February 2026, I dealt with constant delays, ignored emails, excuses, and terrible communication. I dropped my truck off multiple times for days at a time while absolutely nothing was done. One time they ordered the wrong part. Another time they had me leave the truck before even ordering parts. Meanwhile, I was spending hundreds weekly on rental cars and rideshares while my truck sat untouched in their lot. I even have a GPS tracker that confirmed the truck wasn't being moved or worked on. One time someone even drove my truck to a restaurant while it was supposedly there for repairs and I was told it was a "test drive." The differential repair was finally completed months later. In May 2026, coolant started pouring from my radiator. I brought the truck back and once again experienced poor communication and delays. After days of no updates, I was told there was a hole in the radiator -- something I had already explained when dropping it off. I was quoted $750 for repairs, and they still failed to inspect the second issue I brought the truck in for. Again, my GPS tracker showed the vehicle hadn't even been started. I eventually picked the truck up on May 16, 2026 and replaced the radiator myself at home within five hours. I also requested cancellation of the warranty contract they pushed me into purchasing. Reggie ignored my email until I confronted him in person, where he wrote "cancel VSC" on a printed copy and promised an update that never came. I returned again and was told nobody knew how the cancellation process worked because they had "never done it before." Yet moments later, I was suddenly being told how the process supposedly worked when I asked for confirmation. This entire experience has been a nightmare. The dealership was very attentive when making the sale, but once issues arose, communication disappeared, accountability vanished, and I was repeatedly strung along while wasting significant time and money. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your next vehicle purchase. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and financial headache.

Sean misrepresented the title, claiming it was "clean" when it was actually a salvage title. He discouraged me from checking Carfax and showed a misleading old title on his computer. The low price and mileage? Because it's a TOTAL LOSS VEHICLE! Warning for buyers, especially those first-time buyers like me: 1. Check the bill of sale--look for "Had Salvage Certificate" indicating a salvage title. 2. Insist on Checking Carfax--don't let Sean dissuade you. 3. Be cautious of tricks--he may obscure crucial details by asking you to sign excessive initials When I confronted him, Sean turned threatening and intimidating. He yelled at me over the phone "In 30 days, I only sell total loss cars..." and hang up. Google reviews show his pattern of disrespectful and dishonest practices. Avoid this dealer at all costs and take your business elsewhere! (Sean said to my face he would respond to my review to distort the reality. DON'T TRUST HIS RESPONSE!)

I did not get the car I wanted but due to being a mom of 2 I needed a car bad as mine was on its last leg. My credit is decent and they did take my old Chevy and definitely worked with me on the remainder of the down payment. I purchased my car May 5th 2019 which it hasn't even been a year yet. Back in June 2019 I noticed a setting on my car called My Key which wouldn't allow me to drive over a certain mph and I couldn't take the radio up. I contacted Expert Auto and they were clueless so I did some research online and contacted Ford and found out the key they had given me basically had "settings" on it and to remove the My Key feature I needed the administrative key which the dealership kept until my hard tags where there. So I made the trip from Rockville md to Temple Hills Md mind you After work and in rush hour traffic just for them to have to put my 2nd key, that "administrative" key in the ignition to remove the my key setting. But wait there's more, new years eve I drive as normal go to work and come home. New Years day I don't drive at all mainly because Im still hung over . January 2nd I am scheduled back to work at 8am as the normal routine must continue. I usher my kids out the house and into the car to drop them off and the damn car wont turn over to crank. Mind you the lights, radio, horn, doors and windows and everything else power operated works Just fine it just won't crank. I call in to work to let them know Im going to be late as I am having car trouble (which no on believes cause they know I purchased a newer car) call state farm to get roadside assistance while in my complex parking lot . Summing this all up I REALLY dont think I should be having these issues ALREADY. I wish I never purchased this vehicle especially with this high ass monthly payment. Im miserable in it, I just made ANOTHER 365$ payment and I still cant drive the bitch. Happy New Year
