This business is dishonest. They advised that they would pay $160 for the car. Once the driver got there, he said he was only authorized to give $100. The poor owner, a single mom with a baby didn't quite understand and she signed the papers. I believe, my opinion, that this company quotes you a price and once they get to the car they give an excuse as to why they can't pay what they quoted and they figure you are in a bad place and desperate, so they offer you less, figuring that you will take less. This place is Junk! I have added photos of our lawn after they destroyed it with 2 of their trucks. One truck got stuck while towning our car... they called to have another truck come. They continued to make huge holes all over our lawn. They then said they would have someone come to fix it if they would fix it themselves. Since that day we have reached out, only to be ignored. Looking to take legal action to have my lawn fixed. Also, don't count on the amount of money quoted to you by phone. When they arrive, they find any reason to knock that price down drastically. I junked my old car yesterday and it was a pleasant experience. I called and was quoted $500, and within the hour the driver was at my house with cash in hand. Signed some paperwork and the car was gone. Finally some space in the drive way :) very pleased with my experience with Junk Cars. Def recommend this company if you have a car to junk. read more
