We purchased a replacement transmission for a 2003 Rav4, our guys were told it has a 90 day warranty over Facebook so we drove over 2 hours to pick up the transmission. We installed and it failed. We called and spoke to Bruce, who originally offered 90 days. At approx 27 days we called and asked if we can return for refund and they said yes. We drove again 2 hours and get there and they say it's past the 30 days. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will tell you anything to sell you a part and not back up anything they offer. read more

We purchased a transmission spoke to Kirby(Transmission Specialist) along w/Bruce. They both confirmed to bring the transmission back for a refund or exchange. After further review confirmed there was no other transmission avail for exchange. Bruce adv to bring back and refund would be issued. Call was confirmed and made within 30 days. Took transmission back when arrived. Both parties refused to honor 30-day warranty. Even though proof was provided provided where warranty was honored. They still denied it. We asked if they could work with us since there loc is over 1.5 hr away. Adv we could buy another one at half price. HORRIBLE SERVICE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. I couldn't laugh harder than ever with the lady that was at check out me and my mother had went to get a part for my Prius and she was saying it's $40-50 I told my mother no just leave it. The lady told my mom that you'll need to leave it all the way where you had it from the car. So my mom went and went to one of the guys and did that for her out of his kindness of his heart. and when my mom comes back this crusty lady had the addacity to tell my mother bring back the part Please check your employees cause that lady sucks ass and her lazy ass can do it herself next time. Used ABC through Peddle to sell my junk car. The scheduled pickup time was set for them to come between 11AM and 3PM. Around 3:30 I hadn't heard anything so I called to see when they were going to pick up my car. The guy who answered said "Oh yeah I'll send someone out for that." ????? If I had not called There seemingly wouldn't have been a pickup. They then said it'd be within the next hour and after another hour of waiting I called back for them to say that they STILL had not sent anyone. 2 and a half hours after the end of the initial pickup range and the driver finally came. Normally I would not mind waiting the extra 2-3 hours but The car was being picked up from my work parking lot and I was at work during the pickup. I had to race out mid-job to handle this when I had been prepared to do so hours prior. Once the driver finally arrived the process was quick and easy. Driver didnt have a pen though which is ridiculous as there were 4 sheets to be filled out. read more

Overall I been to quite a few yards around the state and this is one of the pull it yourself lots which I am not foreign to but I had some issues removing the parts and one of the mechanics believe his name was Johnny was super friendly and helped me out a lot. The reason for the three starts is cuz Johnny and the cute recieptionist were probably the only nice and helpful people there lol. read more

This place is awful. I spoke to the owner (Tony) twice and was Told if I brought the car in I would be paid $250; if they had to tow it, the price for my car was $200. I took notes and confirmed the price. I was SHOCKED to receive $150 after I signed the title over. When I called and spoke with Tony he said his notes showed $150. Switch and bait and lied to me. I needed that $50. This owner demonstrates little regard for customer service at all. I would be surprised to get a call and receive the $50 I WAS TOLD TWICE I would receive.
