His overall warmth and kindness toward us was actually one of the main reasons we decided to go with Uplift Junk Solutions. First impressions mean a lot, and he made a very good one on our family. Manny and Julian were the two young men who came to clean out our basement, and I cannot say enough good things about them. They were absolutely wonderful! Our basement had a LOT to be cleared out, and these two young men worked incredibly hard. They were kind, respectful, patient, hardworking, and just a pleasure to have in our home. My sons actually jumped in and helped them carry things, not because that was expected of them or because the job wasn't being done, but simply because sometimes it isn't just about paying for a service to be rendered--it's about being kind to people. Manny and Julian were working so hard, and the labor they were putting into that basement deserved some kindness and a helping hand. They were such nice young men that my sons were glad to help them. What impressed me just as much as the work itself was the way Manny and Julian carried themselves. They were courteous and respectful from beginning to end. They never made us feel uncomfortable or rushed, and they handled a very big job with such a good attitude. They did an excellent job, and our basement looks so much better because of their hard work.
