That Sleep Number setup is extremely heavy, but they handled it efficiently and safely. They were careful not to damage the walls, wore protective foot covers, and worked quickly while still being respectful of the home. Luckily that worked for me, and I appreciated the communication. When Zach arrived, he was sociable, professional, and easy to work with. I showed him the pieces, he gave me the total right there, and payment was straightforward (cash or check). It was a three-person crew including Zach, and they moved fast. This was not an easy haul. They had to navigate tight upstairs hallways, tricky corners, and a narrow stairway with a railing, but they handled everything like pros.
