When the team arrived--Ryan M., Jose G., and Abner M.--they were polite, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. That Sleep Number setup is extremely heavy, but they handled it efficiently and safely. They were careful not to damage the walls, wore protective foot covers, and worked quickly while still being respectful of the home.
