Jesse understood my wants/ needs and had me scheduled first thing the next morning. Kyle and his crew showed up on time. Little did I know that Jesse left a note in the comments of my work order saying it was my birthday and the guys sang to me! If this isn't customer service, I don't know what is. The guys cleared out fencing and other building materials from my backyard pretty quick. The contractor we hired left a huge pile in the middle of my yard and said they couldn't clear it out until after the weekend. Unacceptable. Junk Kings to the rescue! This company is wonderful!! After being told an abrupt "no we don't take that type of item" by another well known company, I called Junk King. It was a completely different experience! They were very willing to come see what I had and tell me if they could take it. William and Louis showed up at exactly the time they told me, looked at what I had, gave me the very reasonable estimate, loaded up my junk and even offered to sweep up the leaves and dirt that had accumulated underneath it!! They did a great job moving heavy furniture from my second floor and were extra careful when moving the furniture down a curved staircase.
