The next hiccup was that she called unapologetically the day of to say that they weren't starting until the next day. On that Tuesday she sends a text message saying that the crew would be there 9-10 but they showed after 11 unapologetically. After the job was done the wife sends me a nasty text stating that I needed to pay the remainder that day and that her son would be over my house at 7am the next day and I needed to have a check ready. From that point on, the wife became aggressive, rude and a bully informing what I better do. What professional talks to their customers that way? After discovering my phone and fax machine weren't properly installed back, the wife sent her son over to correct the problem and touch up several paint issues. The son did just that but discovered he couldn't fix the phone or fax issue. On the 3rd time coming over the son insisted on fixing it and was able to get the phone fixed with the help of Vonage. When the son called to tell his dad and mom that the fax machine still wasn't working, the mother made several rude comments stating: Dosent she know how to use her fax machine? Then another comment stating: Okay, daddy and I are on our way because this is getting retarded! After that I was speechless at how unprofessional this lady carries on with her customers. I promptly told them not to come and that I would have someone fix the issue. PLEASE DONT USE THEM! They are terrible and the work is messy and the owners never came to do a final walk through. I will make sure no one I know uses them ever! Whoever claims they are professional and their work was great is either lying or a friend of theirs who doesn't want to be truthful.

The crew protected windows, A/C, bushes, etc... They work continuously till complete. They were respectful of the neighbors with their radio, vehicles, and equipment. Once completed, they cleaned up the entire area. We ran into some cosmetic issues and Rob and Matt worked to address the unpredictable challenge of a metal-framed house. It took months, but he was able to get the insurance to pay for what needed to be done for the roof to be installed correctly. I appreciate the time he took to do this. The installation was organized and completed in one day. The installers were professional. Extra care was given to make sure there was no damage to the property. Clean up of all materials was excellent. I feel I got a quality roof with a lifetime warranty because of his certifications.
