Booking a pick-up was super easy on the website and allowed me to look at the schedule in advance to see when I could potentially book a pick-up time. Once I'd made a decision on the day and time, booking the actual appointment took seconds and didn't require me to wait until specific daytime hours. I received a confirmation email after booking and a notification​ email before the actual appointment. Plus, I was easily able to email Just Junk with a question that I had before my appointment, which they answered promptly. On the actual day of pick-up, the Just Junk guys arrived near the end of the 2-hour​ window, as I had booked an evening appointment. I showed them what I needed done, they explained the service and potential costs and then gave me a complete estimate before they did any work. Then they went to work! What impressed me was that these guys were in such a good mood for two guys who were carrying junk out of some stranger's home! They were both very nice and funny and did their work quickly and without complaint. They removed all the items I needed to have removed and they did it in record time. Paying for the service was super-easy, but they did have a problem with their portable credit card machine (not their fault). I received the credit card receipt in paper, but I also got a full receipt via email within an hour.
