They require you to have your mattresses in covers/bags and they'll rent them to you for $19/each or you can buy them from Canadian Tire for $10 each. My one piece of advice would be for them to sweep/clean their moving trunk regularly. After they left I kept finding small pieces of broken glass which came in from the bottom of their shoes.

They inquired after each item as to whether it was a keep or a throw out. There was heavy flooring items, paint cans and suitcases, they took it all quickly and vacuumed the crawl space, leaving it empty and clean. The garage was handled in a similar manner, then swept out, leaving it also empty and clean. We were very impressed with there efficient, organized removal of all our junk from our driveway into their truck and trailer flatbed. The whole process took a little over two hours. Booking a pick-up was super easy on the website and allowed me to look at the schedule in advance to see when I could potentially book a pick-up time. Once I'd made a decision on the day and time, booking the actual appointment took seconds and didn't require me to wait until specific daytime hours. I received a confirmation email after booking and a notification​ email before the actual appointment. Plus, I was easily able to email Just Junk with a question that I had before my appointment, which they answered promptly. On the actual day of pick-up, the Just Junk guys arrived near the end of the 2-hour​ window, as I had booked an evening appointment. I showed them what I needed done, they explained the service and potential costs and then gave me a complete estimate before they did any work. Then they went to work! What impressed me was that these guys were in such a good mood for two guys who were carrying junk out of some stranger's home!
