The cleaner who arrived asked to take photographs of my apartment to share with her manager. Approximately five minutes later, the manager contacted me to inform me that the price would be increased from $125 to $225 for a deep clean, citing the condition of the bathroom. A last-minute price increase after scheduling is unprofessional. Because I canceled they charged me a cancellation fee.I did not receive the cleaning service I originally scheduled and was still charged $50 following the price increase. I found the business practices to be unprofessional and would not recommend this service.
