Then he hauled in new dirt making sure it was all level before laying the new plastic and bringing in the new rocks. Despite repeated phone calls and emails sent to the company, quoting the actual City Ordinance, and despite sending them photos and videos of their trucks picking up those metal containers before they are supposed to, the company does NOTHING BUT LIE AND SAY THEY AREN'T THEIR OWN TRUCKS!
