They came around 12:00 pm But as soon as they entered the room to take the furniture away, they raised the price from $235 to $320 and accused me of not letting them know that the Cal-King bedroom furniture is huge. If you did, I would have, but you should know what a Cal-King furniture size is with dresser & nightstands. I agreed on $320 also, as I was needy and wanted to get rid of the furniture as my new furniture was on the way to be delivered tomorrow. How will I find someone in a day and make an appointment to pick up, so I agreed on the price. To my surprise, they refused to take the furniture all together. I actually got lucky, I sold the furniture in less than an hour after that and I made $200. So for them to refuse to service of what they promised, I am up $520. Not to mention, his prices were the most reasonable as well and he broke down exactly what the rates would be based on the amount of stuff I had to get rid of. He said that he had a super busy upcoming weekend scheduled but that he could stop by tonight around 6pm if I was OK with that. I took him up on it and they came by promptly at 6pm (same day) as promised and quickly packed up all the junk and were totally friendly and polite the entire time.
