I had originally given this organization a five star review so to efficiency, even know the price was a complete bait and switch. Iwss told over the phone it would be $150 and when they got there and ended up costing me almost $600 OK, no problem. I had to move out of the place for that day so I had to pay which I'm assuming was their game plan all along. I had an $800 TV that I had asked David to help take some hinges off from the back. When he did, I noticed he was adding a lot of pressure to the back of the TV which ultimately shattered the screen. A move that was supposed to cost me $600 when I initially didn't think cost me over $200, ended up costing me $1200 with the broken TV that I had purchased a few months. When I called David in a calm tone to tell him what had happened, he proceeded to yell at me, and took a lot of offense, even though I never raise my voice once. In my opinion, I think human interaction skills need to improve as I had coughed up an extraordinary amount of money prior to the broken TV, in the midst of a move, which is already stressful and expensive. He didn't even want to apologize and continued to tell me that I was in the wrong in a rude manor. That is not a way to treat people especially after they give you a five star review Post-move that you had begged for. read more
