Punctual, Fast, Flexible, and Professional! As harsh as moving out of an apartment is, they definitely made removing the heavy junk a painless process. First of all, I asked for a quote with itemized details about my haul (tip: good practice with any haul) through Yelp and they responded immediately. Second, when I said I was ready 15 minutes early they came immediately (San Mateo apartment) They hauled 2 couches, a broken coffee table with glass, a rickety corner desk, a storage cabinet, and some spare wooden furniture pieces (dismantled bed / dresser /entertainment center / additional coffee table) from a 2nd floor apartment with narrow corridors and no elevators in about 20 minutes! I was impressed at how they handled the unstable furniture. With 2 people to boot. When I saw how efficient they were, I ad-hoc'ed a request to haul some extra junk and they were extremely reasonable with the request.
