We had a DJ, bartender (open and paid bar), wait staff and a lead point person for the night. We even had an amazing Photo Booth that takes photos and sends it to your phone. Everything was taken care of. The location, across from the airport was no issue at all, In fact you can't hear anything inside and our guests enjoyed watching the planes land. If you are looking for a beautiful venue that works with you and takes the stress off, I strongly recommend this venue for all events.

When I called him, he was in a very bad attitude, and he said that my event was not the only event he had that he had multiple events. It's very disappointing because planning a wedding should be something special and exciting. The Chef made my experience terrible. He wasn't even humble enough to reach back and apologize for any miscommunication. Honestly, I would never recommend this place to no one because of the Chef. Now, if the chef was not part of this team, absolutely it's a good place to have an event. It's beautiful and everyone else is amazing. My end result was that I had to lose $2000 of my deposit to change Banquet Hall. I took this decision because I was not gonna leave the food in the hands of someone I did not trust. So three weeks before my event, I had to move everything around.

I couldn't imagine our day without her coordinating florists, decor, music, humans, kids, artist, photogs, video crew, DJ... the only thing we left out was a tiger but I'm sure she could have managed that too. She helped with moral support, ideas, appointments, etc. My husband is extremely busy & my family lives out of town so she was literally my wedding planning partner & it was stress free. I either didn't like the location of the venue or how outdated some venues were , how pushy the sales representative was or the lack of wanting to help me and answer my questions . But from my very first encounter with this venue, I had a pleasant experience they were not pushy. They were not trying to upsell me. They were not trying to convince me. They answered all of my questions thoroughly, and they were always there to answer any questions and willing to help me make my daughters dreams come true. I didn't sign the contract the first day because I wanted to keep my options open, and I continued to view other venues . They didn't call me. They didn't pester me. They didn't bother me like other venues did . however, the customer service that I received at Factory Of Dreams was beyond any service I have ever received at any other location. if I had to compare the customer service i would describe it as a Ritz Carlton, five diamond stay . I was able to text them at any time of the day and they would respond. They never made me feel like I was bothering them and always welcomed me and answered my questions with a smile . that's the reason why I chose this location, besides the fact that the location is safe and the venue inside is beautiful. The day of the actual event, I was not expecting for the servers to serve each table. I was expecting to get up, get my food and get my own drinks at the bar. However, each table had a server assigned to them. the servers would bring drinks shot or anything we requested. And let me tell you my family can drink everyone walked out of there, drunk! From the moment we sat down with David to discuss what we wanted, he was incredibly understanding of our budget and knew exactly how to make our day as beautiful as I imagined! Everything was beyond exceptional--our guests loved the venue and couldn't stop talking about how amazing everything and everyone was. I always have and will continue to recommend Factory of Dreams and/or Skyview Banquet Hall to anyone looking for a venue! That said, we did experience a few hiccups during the planning process. Communication with Chef Francisco G. wasn't the best--he wasn't timely in responding, which caused some stress. However, the food turned out good on the day of the event, though I was surprised and a bit disappointed that the kids were served Little Caesars pizza. As for Irma, who I was told was the event coordinator--she was very sweet and helpful in the beginning. But when it came time for the wedding rehearsal, I was told I had to find my own coordinator. This was frustrating because I had gone over all the event timing with her, so I assumed she would be the one handling it. If I needed to bring in someone else, I wish I had been told upfront--it would have saved some last-minute stress before my big day. And id also like to give a big thanks to the Bakery used Cakes Las Vegas so good with the flavors my husband does not like sweets but he did enjoy your cake. Despite these issues, I truly thank the entire team for their hard work and dedication. You all helped make our wedding a day to remember!
