Ordered a Norqain skeleton. It was on backorder so I paid a deposit. When it came in, I didn't pay the balance immediately and they sold it out from under me. I was promised the watch would be sent within 10 days. After 25 days I cancelled the order. Over 20 days later and the order is cancelled and the balance payment was refunded but the deposit was not. Their customer service person who promised "you will have a very different experience" has ignored almost every message from me. And yes, they were polite and reasonable. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY I ordered a Nomos watch from them on June 12th and I still haven't received my order on August 7th. That's eight weeks of waiting. The same watch is available on Nomos' website for delivery in 4 days. They will message you every single day when they want your order. When it comes time to provide actual customer service, they won't even respond in 24 hours. I am trying to get my order cancelled but they aren't responding to emails or Whatsapp messages. Next step I am going to have to take is file complaints with UK governmental agencies. As well as writing an email to Nomos to urge them to reconsider there relationship with this dealer. This experience doesn't bode well for Nomos and tarnishes there brand image. Be very careful about buying watches from CW Sellors, Jura Watches, or W Hamond. They are all the same company. Ordered a £7K watch from Elliot who told me it would take a couple of weeks but I gave up after over 2 months had passed with no delivery. I had to constantly chase them as once they have your money, they are not interested in you. I eventually requested a refund but this was not processed so I had to do a chargeback. Shocking service. I ordered the garmin Epix pro 51mm. Waited 3 weeks for delivery. During the wait I done some YouTube research and realised it would be too big and complicated. I received the watch on the Friday midday and it was posted back by 12.55 Saturday. They said it had been worn which it absolutely had not. I did not even have the watch on my wrist or even turn it on. Sent it straight back. I was point blank refused my money back. I was offered a store credit, the price of the watch £714. I will never entertain this shop again. I've read other similar reviews on Jura refusing returns. They said the clasp was damaged. Very similar to a review below and more. Very nice way for them to make money.. store credit then they sell the watch on. Disgusting. Don't buy if you might send it back. So unfair and still gobsmacked. read more

Well it started out well, received the watch within a reasonable timeframe. However that is when it went downhill. The watch was faulty, this is no mistake of Jura watches, I was informed to return the watch, at my cost. Which I did as common sense normally tells you that the company will reimburse you the postage cost as I am returning it as the watch was faulty. Nope not Jura, it's not their policy so remember if the watch is faulty you have to out your hand in your own pocket to cover this and make sure the insurance is correct which obviously costs you more. Then I'm told a replacement watch is on order from Garmin, again not Juras fault so I thought fine I'll wait 7 days as Jura advised, then after the 7 days they states it's another 7/10 days! Obviously this is becoming at this stage a joke, I then want a refund, they try to talk you around to keep the order in place as you will receive the refund and the watch will then be available. At this stage I've lost all faith in this cowboy outfit, I demand a refund, they repeat themselves but at the same time cancel the order, this was mid week and only the following Tuesday they process the refund so they have delayed my refund by 4/5 days for no reason. Average timescale for refunds is 14 days, any normal company via BACS is 3/5 days in my experience, but again it's all a delay tactic, and when asking them questions about the refund or about logging a official complaint you get the door slammed in your face. Classic trick once they have your money they are clearly reluctant to refund you within the average time frames. Avoid this company, and the so called head of sales is useless. No authority to do anything! Go elsewhere, chose a company that values your custom and not this racket. UPDATED POST...... Secondly Sophie your response is misleading The first watch was not connecting and I contacted Garmin whom stated to return it to yourselves, therefore I am following Garmin advice. That's just a fact! Also Jura watches mislead myself as it was a 7 day delay, and at the end of the 7 days it magically changed to an additional 7/10 days. The 25% discount offer was made after I wrote this review, which now petty Jura watches have messaged myself directly and said they have removed the 25% discount because of this review (tbh I would of changed this review had I decided to take Jura up on that offer) but because they have shown their true colours I'll 100% shop elsewhere. My experience with the company was the absolute worst and I do not recommend it to anyone. 1. Ordered the watch just to be delivered 5 weeks later, with no email or phone call to keep me updated, zero interest for the customer. I had to call them twice just to get the same formal "you have to wait" answer and nothing else. I had to email Longines to see if I was being conned or if there was a delay indeed from the manufacturer. Longines customer service answered quickly and confirmed the delay. 2. I have asked Jura for the watch to be supplied with a longer leather strap band, got the email confirmation it will happen but guess what, the watch arrived with the standard one so I can barely close it around my wrist. Had to contact Longines again about this and apparently is Jura fault again as they should have ordered the XL strap to replace the standard one (that will be returned back to Longines) when they promised to do it after i requested it, as according to Longines they know the procedure on how its done. 3. The watch was delivered with Royal Mail Special Delivery instead of a more reliable service considering the value of the package and guess what again, the mailman left it on the floor in the building reception where the door is always semi-opened (broken) and put his own confirmation signature on the system. Luckily no one took it from there where my wife found it. Buying a £3K beautiful watch was supposed to be a joyous moment but instead, the whole experience was resentful thanks to Jura Watches. read more

I've been forced to raise legal proceedings because they've lied and lied about having processed my refund which they clearly knew they hadn't done and they obviously had no intention of sorting the situation (despite their promises and assurances). This is in progress so may change: Ordered something on their site. Turns out, after contacting the manufacturer they are not able to get it. The nicely offered me a discount on something else but I only wanted that specific item. They promised a refund (which I had to ask for twice and still don't have) but when I contacted other retailers they responded that they confirmed that they can get the product. Granted the product is not in production anymore - it's probably new old stock, but they could have avoided the refund. I am reserving judgement on this one - I know about retail systems and know that refunds can be processed quickly but if they tend to take longer that's not necessarily terrible. Not sure why they are not able to get the product when I double-confirmed with another dealer who assures me he can get it. Jura is much larger/higher volume dealer than this other one. read more

I'm so disappointed with the service. My watch is currently lost between Jura watch and DPD. Looking at the comments I'm not the only one either. It's clear I haven't got the item yet I'm having to email and call constantly to try to get a resolution. My first 2 emails were ignored it wasn't until I started to call that I had any kind of communication. DPD state that Jura watch haven't even contacted them to try to sort the issue out. I've been told this could take 60 days to resolve. Be very careful about purchasing from them. Not the aftercare I'd expect from a luxury brand. read more

I would give minus stars if I could. This is the worst service I have ever received and I am still being given excuses regarding a request for a refund. I made a purchase on Nov 1st for a nearly $1000 watch which the company did not have in stock, I was charged for the watch while they tried to source it even though I told them it was now out fo stock from the manufacturer. They gave me excuse after excuse as I followed up for a month. Then they told me the package was lost from the manufacturer and didn't offer a resolution so I asked for a refund. I was told it would take 7-10 days to get the refund which I challenged, they then said it would be 5-7 days. It has now been 7 days and still no refund, this company is an absolute joke and the customer service is horrendous. Stay far away from ordering luxury items with this company. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company as I have no faith I am actually going to get a refund from them, atbthis point I don't think they are a reputable company. read more

Asked for a quote on my Hublot Classic Fusion 542.NX.1171.LR online. Was asked for more photos, I sent 3 very high resolution showing the front, back and strap (4032 x 3024 pixels) Received a quote back: "I have now received information back from our watch experts and we will be able to offer you in the region of £4,400 to £4,800 as a trade in against a new watch from our website or £4000 to £4,400 cash purchase (subject to the condition, subject to seeing it, subject to the watch working, and all the information being as described)" Great, I thought - and then asked a few more questions about how I can maximise the cash value to £4400 rather than £4000, and then booked an appointment to go in. The location in Ashbourne is not easy to find, spent a lot of time walking around and phoning them until someone in their office came and met us. They then proceeded to carry out a valuation on the watch and insisted that the face casing and strap needed replacing. OK - for a watch that is 9 months old and has been worn maybe a handful of times, I doubt that - but I thought maybe it's negotiation tactics. Then the guy comes back with his laptop and shows me one of their competitor websites selling the same watch (with no documentation or receipts) at £3950. Therefore the maximum he can offer me is £3250. Sorry, did you not think to check that BEFORE I made the 150 mile round trip to your office? Ordered a Tag strap, it arrived without a clasp or a pin, took into it a jeweller to get fitted and they questioned its authenticity, as they had no pins that would fit. Contacted Jura(CW Sellors) who confirmed it was genuine. I then took it to a new dealer who said the same thing, I requested a refund which was never forthcoming and following some rude emails, I made a claim(successful) from credit card company.
