First of all, I think the price is a bit high for the little it includes. I think it was $12 per kid (adults free) but all that gets you is access to the climbing/slide area. You have to buy a card for all the games, rides and other activities. However, it was nice to let our kids run around for a bit, although of course they didn't want to spend time in the climbing area when there were games and other attractions all around. One other nice thing is you can leave and come back all day long. We choose to grab lunch elsewhere and come back for some more fun. Don't think I would be back but happy it was available when we needed somewhere to go!

Not to mention the cost of being on a league - I know the alley doesn't get every dollar, but they make enough to properly maintain the lanes (again the main focus of what they offer).

Truly the only money they have spent in the last 10yrs is the new payment system for range balls. But exactly like they do everything else, they did it in the least user friendly way. No tap to pay, no way to pay via card, exact change only.... But also no way of getting change without going into the bowling alley.. Deal with the crowds at Overlook, they are there for a reason. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!…read more Reserved two lanes for a party of my family. Over $200 for reservation. I quickly found that there was hardly any point in being charged for bowling shoes. The approach to the alley was very sticky, I probably could have bowled better in my cowboy boots. Ball selection for large hands was terrible. I explored 3/4 of the available balls and could only find a straight cut ball that fit my two middle fingers but the thumb hole was undersized. Straight cut means the finger holes are not smoothed out but rather have a sharp edge. I played along until I just couldn't anymore. My finger were hurting pretty bad. The food stand...I waited more than 20 minutes waiting for two pitches of soda and a couple of cups of ice water. Funny thing was I got a text saying my order was ready and then sat and waited for 20 min before it was actually ready. Management...Step up your game. This place sucks!
