Prior to coming here, I perused the menu online, and took screenshots of what I wanted. Highly recommend doing this, because not a lot is on display and the menu is extensive. You can also pay online in advance and pick up. I brought cash knowing they would charge a debit fee. The guard who checked my ID was very unfriendly and there's no one that's going to help you on the floor, you have to approach the counter, so definitely come prepared to say what you want. Otherwise, you might walk away with whatever you find on the menu after briefly looking at it in their waiting area, and end up being unsatisfied. Customer service is good so long as you know what you want. The prices are pretty good -got a vape cart for $45, and some gummies for $30- compared to other nearby dispensaries. I wanna like this place so much because I'm literally a block away. I'm a big pothead and I really appreciate good products. I'll even spend the extra dollar to help a small business or dispensary out. No problem. The problem for me is that they will swear up and down that the moisture pack works and the buds are high thc, or that it's fresh product. Bruh I've had fresher weed, more moist, in the desert of Colorado like it's just so dry. I'll do the things I have to do like add in a piece of bread or an orange peel, but damn! It's just dry flower and stem. What's good? They have a good vape selection, clean store, great working hours, and everyone seems to be very friendly. No issues there. 2 stars for that. Not sure what all these reviews are about, but I had a very good experience this month at the store. First, the store is clean, and I was offered help, and the owner was very nice. The bouncer was a little disinterested and not exactly friendly, but didn't say much and wasn't rude. Maybe something changed, but I would ignore most of these reviews. read more

This was my worst retail experience ever. I work in the wine business. When people come into a wine store but know nothing/very little about wine, we help them figure out what they want in their price range. When I came here, I did not know what I wanted. No one helped me. When I asked for help, I was informed that helping me figure it out was not their job. I was the only person in the store. I went to their FB page and relayed this via DM, no response. I have never had a worse retail shopping experience. Save yourself... Run. read more

One of the tellers said it was 149 dollars but it was actually 134. So he literally robbed me. So make sure you get a reciept because there's no real boss there. Its all kids and there's nowhere to email. They lock their doors before the actual closing time. Placed a pickup order and got there before 10:00 and they wouldn't let me in.

This place hides a 3.50 fee when using your debit card, and they don't tell you until the very end. They also don't take credit card. Has to be some sort of illegal dealing to avoid reporting revenue to government, whatever, but at least don't have hidden fees for spending money. Never will go back. read more
