I had one experience with this store. They don't accept appointments to sell clothes. I drove for 2…read morehours to my nearest OUAC in Kirkwood. I got there at 2pm on a Monday afternoon and was told they were done accepting items to buy for the day when the store doesn't close until 8pm. Unrelated to my poor experience there, I then traveled to the Fairview Heights location and was told that the wait to buy items at 6pm on a Monday evening was 7 hours and 25 minutes. I asked for my items back and left. You are better off selling your clothes on Facebook or a yard sale vs. trying to sell them at a OUAC. They always post they are in need of items on social media but make it almost impossible to sell to them. Most people who have young children can't wait multiple hours or have very limited time to go, only to be told they are done buying items for the day. They really should allow people to make appointments.

The cute starts before you even get inside, since this place is inside of a cottage type house... the sign is pretty small, so keep a look out! As soon as I made my way inside I was automatically in an even better mood, because the place is just so darn adorable. Bright colors everywhere, and just the coolest kids clothes I've ever seen. There was a birthday girl dress hanging up on the wall that I would have killed to have as a kid. As Julia pointed out, there's more girl clothes than boy clothes. I found about ten little tiny dresses I could see myself going crazy over once I have little ones (you know, a very very very long time from now.) On the way out, I took a photo of the most adorable formal dress for a baby girl (only $45!) and sent it to my mom, and she thought I was going crazy and bought it for myself for when I have future children. So that's good. But really I just thought it was cute and put it back on the rack... Stop by for clothes for your baby or even a special gift for someone who's expecting. I'm so very grateful that we did too. We got the mattress that I wanted. It's very comfortable, he even knocked the price down for us. We payed exactly what I wanted to pay. I was using the drain & fill kit but when I turned the water on in my bathroom sink to create the pressure to suction the water out, the pressure was too fast and was going to overflow so I turned the water pressure to medium. I couldn't tell if it was draining the bed, so I found STL online (I'm in FL), called, and got Doug. He let me know the bed would not drain at half pressure and I needed to buy a Drummond Transfer pump which I could get at Harbor Freights. I went into a panic because I needed to drain that bed as the movers were going to be at my place the next morning. STL was closing in a few minutes and I had never used the pump before. I was half in tears because where could I get help if I needed it? Doug assured me I could use the chat message link on their website even after they closed and went on to give me his personal cell number "just in case" and assured me we would get my waterbed drained that night. I hurried up, got to Harbor Freights, (Doug even recommended I check online at the HF close to me to make sure they had the pump in stock, which thank God they did!) got the pump and everything went as Doug said it would. He explained to me how to connect the pump and what to do. I did call him upon my return to let him know everything was working as it should! Talk about going the extra mile for customer service and I'm not even a customer of STL. This just tells you STL is a first-class place for ALL your waterbed needs.
