They were friendly but not in that fake way that you see in a lot of the surface industry. I was offered a choice between tea and water and was given my paperwork to fill out. My facial with Terril was very relaxing. We went into the treatment room and discuss what my concerns were with my skin and what I was hoping to get out of my appointment. Terril was very attentive, asking questions along the way. One thing I really liked was that the table was heated because I've been having some issues with my back that make it uncomfortable to lay down so having that heated surface under my back made my appointment even more relaxing. My skin felt amazing when she was done, even though she had to do a few extractions. I was so pleased that I went ahead and scheduled an appointment for a few months out so that my skin will be able to recover from the upcoming summer months. I highly recommend checking out this wonderful little spa and I look forward to returning for my next facial.

Tina knows the body well, takes her time, and I always leave feeling relaxed and calm. It's usually just Tina at the shop, so when the phone rings, she'll occasionally step out to answer it. She always comes back to the room apologizing for the interruption and gets right back to the massage. During busier periods, she has another massage therapist helping out. I've been getting massages for more than 10 years, and Tina is by far the best massage therapist I've ever had. This isn't a fancy spa where you're asked what kind of herbal tea you'd like or which scent of oil you prefer. What you do get is a skilled, attentive massage at a great price.
