Dave came over, diagnosed the problem, and even though the part needed to be ordered, he installed a used part to get us through until the new part arrived. They installed kinked cables on an overhead shop door that the first time it was used after installation AGAIN came off rollers, they were called immediately and then called again and have not returned my husbands calls nor have they shown up to replace the kinked cable. They liked us a lot when I paid in cash for the doors before they were installed. Their service is horrible after they have your money. They replaced door panels and told us that it was covered by the truck owners insurance and today I received a notice in the mail from a collection agency for it??? The truck owner is the one who ordered the panels to start with to replace the ones he had damaged. It seems like their doors don't work at all. Definitely not worth what we paid for them. Nor do they seem to care to provide customer service.

I just got a phone call from a women demanding that I needed to pay them or they will take me to…read moresmall claims at first I thought it was a joke. Than I realized that she was serious and that yes my husband and I while we were renting our old home last year in the winter we had them fix the furnace. The lady proceeded to yell at me that our landlord wasn't answering and that I was responsible for this bill that it was my fault the furnace broke which than I started getting mad. "Listen I don't know who you think you are talking to me like I ow you this money and that I broke the furnace but really we tried to fix it and we couldn't that's why we call you but now your trying to say that it's all our fault what in the hell kind of business is this!" The lady told me that she didn't care what I had to say so I hung up and called my old landlord. My landlord told me that he had talked to them six months ago and had asked why they replaced things and she never got back to him when he ask for the report. But my landlord also told me that I didn't have to worry about it that it wasn't my bill and that he would take care of it and that if they called ever again to give them his phone number I am so shaken up about how disrespected I was treated.
