We recently got several quotes to have repaired damage caused by a leaking roof to two bedroom…read moreceiling areas. Several companies recommended tearing out the entire ceiling, then drywalling to repair. We were SO lucky that Nelson of Superior Paint explained that the area was high end plaster on chipboard and that it would be difficult to match the existing plastering to drywall in a small area for repair. He explained that he could scrap down the plaster as far as needed, then do several layers of plaster and sand down to match the rest of the ceiling. It took three short visits to lay down three layers of plaster, allowing each layer to cure sufficiently. Then he sanded to match the rest of the ceiling. And, he even primed the area for the paining we plan to do later. He was so careful, removing his work shoes to stand on our cream colored carpeting. He laid down plenty of protective plastic on furniture and the floors. Clean up was perfect. Also perfect was the quality of the final repair. We are SO glad we chose Superior Painting Company for this work. They are now the only local company we will consider for plaster, drywall or painting work that we may need to contract out. Finally, their price is VERY competitive and they follow-up on your satisfaction. Do give them a call. You won't be disappointed.
