You can tell that the staff are educated and care very much about the animals. It is all very clean and well-kept. It took us about 2 hours to sidle through and look at everything. It's a good outing for an afternoon. Part of the facility is outdoors, with exhibits for the beavers (They have beavers!! So cute!!), the dolphins, the otters, and the local gators and wildlife. They have a penguin exhibit that is in the works and coming soon. The rest is indoors in a nice building. You go up to the top floor and work your way down through the various exhibits and tanks. A big part is outside, so you should check the weather before you go and be prepared to deal with whatever. There is a public parking garage right next door, but we parked across the highway at Jones Park and walked over to the aquarium. There is a nice pedestrian skybridge over the highway that makes it easy and safe.

They also have a concession stand, and a gift shop at the exit.

They were very accommodating in seeing them all for one appointment. We're new to the area and establishing care and Dr.Parker was very thorough and was very informative. My shepherd can be very anxious at the vet and the staff was very patient with her and she did really good compared to some of her other experiences. Sandra the tech was great she went really slow with my shepherd and stayed in the room to trim nails since she was more comfortable with me. She was really compassionate and really took the time to get to know my pets and their quirks and made sure to communicate that with the dr and staff. Cost wise I think they're very reasonable for the price of everything now and the exam included a nail trim/anal gland expression which makes up for the little extra on the exam fee. I did call a couple other places and their exam fees were the same if not more. They also accept care credit which is great if we ever have an emergency and don't have it in the budget. Extra services were of course recommended but nothing was ever pushed down my throat and no one made me feel guilty for saying no. Overall great experience and we'll definitely be back for their next health check

Her vet said she is sick from being fed a food high in fat and not her normal pro plan puppy food that I provided the facility. Her and her sister were both sick and left in a kennel with diarrhea all over them and their blankets. I have had a sleepless week taking care of my poor fur babies. Owner said she would refund my money and give a free bath. She needed me to bring my debt card for refund instead of just sending it to my address. No free bath will make up for the suffering. So sad.
