OMG! If I could give 10 stars I would! I got so busy that I forgot to send my daughter flowers on her birthday. It was 5:30 pm. I called and asked if they could still deliver it this late. She was SO FRIENDLY and said YES! I was shocked and so grateful for her, I wanted flowers and a balloon. She said if you go online and order the balloon is free. That was awesome. She got the flowers and was so happy. They also communicated with me the whole time when they were being delivered, sent me pictures of them and thanked me for ordering locally. Who does that any more? This whole experience was just completely amazing to me. I will ALWAYS order from them every time. I highly recommend this business. Amazing customer service! Is this a legit business? I wish I would have checked here before ordering today. I placed a same day order this morning, and by 430 I hadn't received any updates so I tried calling. The business number they have listed on their website just kept ringing and went to a generic message. I tried a few others I found online and got the same thing. I contacted BloomNation whom they are affiliated with and they put me on hold for 10 minutes trying to contact them as well and eventually hung up on me. I'll be disputing the charge with my CC company. read more

Be careful if you order from this place and you do not live nearby. They forgot to include an item with a delivery of flowers for a coworker. Tried 3 different phone numbers connected to their place. 2 of the numbers do not work. Called 3x and nobody picks up. Left a voicemail, but figured I would stop by after reading reviews online that they never return phone calls. When I got to their shop, there were 3 other people waiting in line. All of us were there because they forgot some items to our order. There were 5 staff working. 2 of them were actually helping assist customers, 2 were just dancing to the music, and one just stood there and ignored the phone ringing. Now, they gave me the missing item they forgot to include. However, it was an inconvenience for me to stop by and surely disappointed that this is a business I probably wouldn't use again. read more

I wish I read these reviews before I order the sympathy bouquet for my friend's family. I originally ordered to deliver the flowers to my friend's house but later we change our mind, want to deliver to the funeral home the next day. I called and talked to a man who first couldn't find my order, he took notes and repeated the information. But on the day, they messed up my order, they delivered to my friend's home and the bouquet is not looked what I ordered - it's small, doesn't have many flowers. I call to the shop and lady only says "sorry, I misunderstood". Just let people know how this business is. read more

I ordered a "Premium" bouquet for Mothers day from their website, which was not cheap, and what was delivered was a tiny bouquet compared with what the pictures show on their website. They are available on Doordash and when i had a specific question and I called mentioned i was ordering through DD and they answered my question just fine then they later canceled my order, marked their shop temporarily closed but shortly after opened it again? They delivered flowers to our house. However, the flowers weren't for us. They should have been delivered to another house on the same street almost a mile away. We called to let them know, so they could come back, pick them up, and deliver to the correct recipient. The person on the phone was quite rude, even arguing with us that they didn't make a mistake. Seriously? I think we know our own names and address. The person finally agreed to come back and get them, but never showed up. Guess we know not to do business with this company. Your flowers may never make it and they won't do the right thing to fix the issue. read more

I ordered flowers for a memorial for my last uncle who was living (until recently). I live in another state and was not able to attend the funeral. If I could give no stars I would. I ordered flowers for my grandma and grandpa for Valentine's Day. I order them on 2/13 and it said they could deliver by 2/14. The flowers never delivered on 2/14 but it had snowed the night before and they said they tried but no one answered the door and said it was too cold to leave the flowers outside. On 2/15 I called to see when they would deliver they said they would that day, my grandparents never received the flowers (I even asked them to leave at door if no one answered). I call on 2/17 - mind you every time I call I have to call 5 times in order for someone to actually pick up. They take down my info so that the manager would call me back to see what's happened to the order and no one called me. Finally on 2/19 (6 days since they were supposed to be delivered) after calling 4 times I just asked for my money back because the flowers never got delivered. They gave me my money back but had to Venmo me? Super weird and didn't even apologize for the horrible experience. Never use this company for florals it's a waste of money and time. read more

Called from out of state after another local florist royally screwed up my original order. The florist immediately worked on my flower arrangement and personally delivered it to my niece for graduation. All on a late Saturday afternoon. Flowers were beautiful and stunning arrangement. Will definitely use again. read more
