I ordered a sympathy wreath for a funeral that was taking place end of May, but was placing the order right before Mother's Day. The person that took my call made sure I didn't pay the higher, mother's day price. I had no idea about the price fluctuation, so I appreciated this level of customer service. Although this review is a bit delayed, I must commend the exceptional artistry and service provided by Loves Buds & Blooms (aka SeaTac Buds & Blooms). To honor our loved one, we ordered a standing spray (believe it was the Magnificent Life Spray), for the memorial service on December 7th. Unfortunately, we didn't capture any photos due to the emotional nature of the day, but the arrangement was stunning. It was beautifully customized in whites and a shade of blue to match our decor, all at no extra cost. The arrangement arrived punctually and was delivered with great care and warmth. First time using SeaTac Buds & Blooms, I needed an arrangement of flowers for my Mother-in-law's birthday. Their website is really easy to use and I ordered the day before for pick-up! On the website there's different sizes and prices available. The flowers were ready for pick up on time, they had great communication when the vase I chose from the website wasn't available and the one I was given was even more beautiful! Got some flowers for my hubby on his way home from a long trip, I didn't know they closed at 4 and was running a little behind so I was 30 min late to picking up my order and they stayed open just for me! I ordered flowers by phone to be delivered to my sweetheart's office. The phone call was pleasant and professional, and I received a confirmation e-mail message soon after the phone call. I noticed that my sweetheart's name had a spelling error, and I sent a reply message with the correct spelling 24 hours prior to the scheduled flower delivery. Unfortunately, the e-mail was ignored and the flowers arrived at my sweetheart's office with the name spelled incorrectly. I've ordered bouquets from them a few times now and they've always been great but this time they went above and beyond! I like to call in advance of special occasions especially Valentine's day because I know they've got to be busy and I try to make it as easy as possible for everybody. I spent a good amount of time on the phone talking about my wife's favorite colors and flowers and set it up to be picked up the day before Valentine's day. I picked it up and presented it the morning of. My wife can't stop taking pictures of it and told me about all of her favorite aspects of the bouquet. It contains her favorite colors, her favorite style of flowers (even though her actual favorites are out of season), and even pointed out that they used her favorite greens! That was not any of my doing, I have no idea about any of this stuff and just recounted things I overheard while we were planning our wedding. I've got to say I'm pretty lucky to come home to her and our cute son, but a close second is being lucky enough to have a relationship with this cute little flower shop. read more
