I called just after 6:00pm on a Friday evening. Someone happened to still be in the shop and answered the phone. I had seen an arrangement on the website I really liked and questioned if they had the flowers available to make the bouquet the same as in the photos. She assured me the did. I needed the flowers to be delivered before noon for a memorial service on Tuesday. The flowers were delivered before noon as promised and were absolutely beautiful! I could not have been more pleased. I highly recommend them and I'm so grateful they answered the phone after hours that evening. read more

I called at 11am to send a mixed garden planter to my daughter in law I specifically asked for a pink flower to be in it, as that is my daughter in laws favorite color. It was really pretty, with a pink rose plant and a violet plant along with green plants. It was delivered by 6pm that same day, and my son and his wife love it. The shop was open and the staff members were lovely and helpful. I'm admittedly particular about flowers because my grandmother owned a floral shop in Seattle. I specifically asked for fragrant blooms, such as freesia or stock. I was told those were unavailable, but that they had some especially fragrant roses, so we agreed to use those. We gave them a $100 budget, which they respected. The finished arrangement was pretty, but the tall, vertical vase left much of the stems exposed, so the overall design didn't feel as polished as I expected for the price. My greatest concern, however, was the fragrance. The roses smelled strongly of an artificial rose fragrance, more like room spray, perfume, or detergent than the natural scent of fresh roses. When we presented the bouquet, the recipient's first question was whether the flowers had been sprayed with rose water. I cannot confirm whether anything was applied to the flowers, but the fragrance was extremely off-putting and did not smell natural to us. If naturally fragrant flowers weren't available, I would have preferred to be told that so we could choose something else or return another day.

Went to his shop 2 to 3 times, sent pictures, and then he sends all 10 arrangements with wrong flowers. Then gave me dead flowers for cake, and asked him to bring over fresh flowers for cake and he didn't. He's not an honest person. For 1300 I think he switched to a cheaper flower to put in the arrangements. If you are having a wedding, and/or something special, don't rely on PK and his place. It is clear he doesn't care about his customers because then he tried to tell me he only charged me $750! No it's on my AMEX - 1300 because we agree to $100 per x 10 = 1K! So what really upset me and why I am doing this is because he isn't honest at all, and doesn't care about his customers. Gave them plenty of time - tipped everyone and still this guy lied. So I hope the $1300 was worth it because you did a bait and switch on me. I do not want this to happen to anyone else. Didn't even ask for money back and still, he could not be honest. I am not blind these are not the same colors PK. Good luck in your business.
