The studio was a decent size and clean. I was there for quite some time. It was not a quick process compared to the first newborn session. I had with my eldest daughter. I was told I would be receiving the photos within 30 days. I never received the photos. I do quite a bit of modeling, and our family is decently known. Looking for a Newborn Photographer and the Los Angeles area, I was actually referred to by a friend. With all of the modeling and family photographers I've worked with I've never experienced this type of delay in response or demeanor in a business owner. I contacted Kristine on multiple occasions (4) as shown through text and email. When I finally suggested today, I will need to reach out to my attorney ( not because of the money but because I wanted the photos, this is a memory that most all parents want) she finally replied. Her demeanor was completely unbecoming and truly filthy. She sent me screenshots that somehow showed my email. I'm not sure if it was a login screen or a contact screen but she had said I saw the photos in September, which I had not. I have absolutely no reason to argue with a struggling business owner. I was just reaching out to get the photos I needed after the fifth time contacting her for a service I paid for. She blatantly called me a liar in these messages. All I wanted was my photos that I had paid for and help accessing whatever it was that a lot of me the opportunity to see them . I would not let my children around this woman, or even refer anybody to her ever again. That aura is absolutely filthy to have a newborn around.. and you might not get your pictures for eight months! She should have been more professional and apologetic, rather than antagonizing. I will be contacting most all outlets and using my social media platform as well as others. This is a very fragile time for mothers/ families behavior, and the text after you read is not something that any newborn mother would want to tolerate.

I found the pricing (I got the starving artist package), quality, and delivery very satisfactory. I got a couple of good headshots and that is what I was looking for. Erin was able to accommodate me with only one day's notice and turnaround the retouched photographs quite soon which I really appreciate. The setting was outdoors and I preferred that given the Covid situation. The lighting in all the photographs was very good as well. I would recommend taking with you a few photos (that you are trying to mimic pose/angle wise) so you are able to convey exactly the look you are going for. In the absence of a mirror (being outdoors), it would also be helpful to quickly go over the photos mid-session so any missed wardrobe quirks (in my case, a slightly awry collar) can be corrected. The resulting photos are not square which I wanted for my purpose but Erin said she can resize the retouched ones for free. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good, stress-free, headshot experience!

I was completely blown away by her skills and the final results of my photoshoot. I was nervous initially booking the shoot since I've always felt extremely awkward in front of a camera. I tend to freeze up and have always been told to "relax my face" a million times. Whenever someone is about to take a picture, I suddenly realize I have arms and hands and don't know what to do with them! Enter Cindy. Her sweet, warm, friendly energy put me immediately at ease. I had specific edits for her... my hair had flyaways, my clothing had wrinkles, and basic beauty stuff. She executed every request I had.
