A very nice woman was running the store. I spent over a hundred dollars. I liked that local people were putting their things in there and was happy to support that. I thought I would definitely check it out again and started spreading the world so they would get more business. Then one day I met the owner. He and his wife own and operate the business. I found him to be very rude. If you actually work in customer service you know what it is like to be treated rudely. I doubt he has ever interacted with people from a customer service stand point. If he did I would have expected a kinder demeanor. Instead he was ungrateful and made snide remarks when wanting to be given special treatment instead of respecting the way a business runs its business. He got what he wanted but only because I wanted to do the right thing and take care of the customer and because I wanted him to see that in spite of his attitude he received good customer service. I will not venture in to his business again and spend my hard earned money knowing someone like him will be taking a portion of it. Sorry to the folks who work hard to provide the products there. It is the owner that represents you that ruined it for me.

I understand that they have to make money, but truly they are just outrageous for the times they are selling.
