Excellent service and the staff is very nice and friendly. I called ahead and had an appointment 10 minutes later. Jessica took care of me I gave you the haircut I wanted. It was great conversation the entire time and the facility was very clean. The environment inside was very nice. Can't beat the price either. I would recommend just kuts for anybody. I think some of the other yelpers from what I read we're expecting $100 haircut for the price of a quick in-and-out haircut. Lots of parking and it has other shops in case you need to wait for a haircut. read more

I don't ask for much. But is it too much to ask for some personality? I loathe nothing more than being ignored when I walk into an establishment and then feel like I am imposing on people who are providing a service to the public. How about a friendly 'hello' when customers walk in? How about some idle conversation while cutting their hair? I've been here a few times to get my kids hair cut. I tip very well and I had hoped that each time we come in that perhaps the ladies could begin to recognize us as regulars and express some appreciation for our business and offer up a bit of ..oh, I don't know....perhaps a smile at the very least? Rather these ladies get up and eat a bowel of attitude in the mornings and then head to work to cut our hair. No thanks. I'm moving on. I might stay if they provided the best hair cuts ever, but they don't. You get what you pay for and sometimes.....cheap is not better. read more

Worst place to get a haircut!! I normally go to my stylist but due to her being on maternity leave, I needed to find someone else just to trim my dead ends and bangs. Well let me just say, worst decision ever. She took off like 4 inches off the bottom which was too much considering it hadn't been that long since my last trim. And then I asked for side swept bangs and she cut them up above my eyebrows. It was horrible. It's been a week and they're still not long enough to do anything with. To make it all that much worse, she charged me $15. For the worst haircut ever and HORRIBLE customer service. read more

I've been going here for a few years and always go to Jessi for a great cut. Shop is clean, takes appointments and is only $10 for a great haircut ( at least for men). I live part time in San Francisco where a decent haircut is at least $50 and you're lucky if they can understand anything you say. I come here religiously and couldn't ask for anything more... I get my hair cut here regularly by Jessica B. I have had so many different cuts from her and she has accomplished them all. She has given me long layered looks, a short bob, an extreme A line, a pixie, and a short on one side longer on the other cut. Every hairstyle I have been happy with and has been executed very well. Also, I read one review where it says they only take cash. I know that Jessica takes card payments because I have used one with her in the past. Also, she is the one that works Saturdays. They are also her busiest days usually, so if you want to get a cut on that day, you should call her and book an appointment for it. Otherwise she might not be able to get you in. Especially if you need a specific time. read more

Sign says "walk-ins welcome", Walked into Salon, 2 girls working on hair, neither gave me any acknowledgement, but gentleman behind me received a nice welcome and was serviced before me. Girls told me no open time slots until an hour later. Walked Out! Next time ladies, just an acknowledgement or even "Hi" will do wonders. Customer Service is key and in a small town, Needed. My boyfriend normally gets his hair cut here. Jessica does a good job. However, I called them to make an appointment over the phone, they had their radio BLARING loud, so she asked me to repeat the name and phone number for the appointment. No problem, I repeated the name and phone number loudly and clearly. She said "okay your appointment is at 11:40 on Thursday" I said "okay great". They call me two days later saying the appointment is canceled because they didn't take down the number correctly because they couldn't hear me. So MY appointment is canceled because THEIR radio is too loud?? Wtf. Then I make a second appointment 1 week later. My boyfriend actually gets to the salon this time, and sees that she isn't done with another customer so he waits in his car right outside the door. He sees her finish up the mans hair and walk in and she says "I can't take you because you're late". WTF He was there the whole time waiting for HER to finish someone else's hair. They used to be a well run place but have seriously gone down hill over the years. Truly disappointed and not going back. read more

I had already tried three other hair cutters in South Shore and not been pleased with any of them. I looked on the net, saw this place and thought, ok I'll give it a try. All of the stylists except Paula had gone to a charity function where they were donating their time and talents to shave the heads of the friends, family and other supporters of cancer patients. How awesome is that! However, as busy as Paula was picking up the slack at the shop, she took me in right away. She was so sweet, so pleasant, made me feel very comfortable and gave me a great cut for $10! This will definitely be my new home to get my hair cut from now on. read more

I go to Sarah usually, but I have seen everyone in there at least once. I go here to get my son's hair cut (and have come here since his very first hair cut 3 years ago!) and I also go here myself. I tend to go drastic, so I HAVE to trust the person cutting my hair. 3 years ago I cut off 12 inches and loved what Sarah did. I have an appointment this week to cut off 15 inches. I will undoubtedly see Sarah again! It is miraculous the work all of these ladies can do in about 10 minutes. I will continue to go here as long as they are open! read more

I went to this place after searching it out on yelp and from some of the reviews decided to go ahead and give it a try. What an absolute disappointment! The girl who cut my hair, Paula, was busy chomping on gum, taking repeated phone calls, and reeked of body odor. I ended up calling up other salons, after I left, to book another appointment to fix the disaster that was left from the hair cut I received. If it's a cheap $10 haircut that looks like crap that you're after, then go here! But you'd be better off handing a pair of scissors off to anyone or thing (monkey, blind person, 2 year old) as they'd probably do a better job, and it wouldn't cost a dime! read more
