Very poor customer service. Called in to confirm availability, provided ETA, and drove over an hour to get a haircut. However, the woman that answered the phone wasn't there. The two that were, weren't any help. One said that she couldn't do a fade and the other said I can wait, but it's after two other cuts and lashes. When I asked about the woman that answered, I was told she stepped out, but she'll be back. I was told she'll be back in 5 mins or so. After 20 mins I asked if anything changed and was greeted with rude comments. Needed a haircut so I waited around. Pretty sure these white women are racist. I have been here multiple times for a pixie cut and color. Ariel is amazing with listening to your preferences, takes the time to talk to you about cut, styling and color. She is very precise and does beautiful work. The salon's prices are very fair and reasonable. You usually don't have to wait long to get in which I love. I would have given 5 stars, but deducted one because of the shampoo bowl. It is a weird design and one of the most uncomfortable apparatuses I have ever had my hair washed with. Getting your hair washed should be relaxing and is one of the best parts of self care and getting your hair done. I hope that owner reads this and changes to something more comfortable for customers. I came in today for a neck clean up, I thought I was fairly clear that I wasn't looking for a hair cut. The gal who did my cut kept creeping up and up with the clippers and ultimately gave me an uneven helmet. She tried to fix it... the pictures posted are her attempt. It was way worse before she went back in to try and correct the hack job. She was nice enough and apologized. They did not end up making me pay because it was not only not what I asked for but was also a complete hack job. Do not come here for a men's cut. I'm currently sitting in Blessed Hands as I write this and based on what I'm seeing can tell they know how to fade appropriately. read more

Took my daughter in for just a trim. The woman was very nice and friendly. The website stated kids cuts were $15, i was charged $20. She did a horrible job with the trim. My daughter was too embarrassed to go back so i went to CVS and bought shears, watched a YouTube video, and fixed it myself. read more

Absolutely atrocious service. The first time I went here was a couple years ago and the hair stylist handed me the comb to brush my OWN hair. She said, "Here, you do this side and I'll do this side and it will go faster." I held the comb in my hand for a couple of seconds before handing it back and said, "I'm sorry. Im not going to brush my own hair." We continued on and I allowed her to cut my hair but called the owner afterwards to inform him of his staff. Fast forward to today, Jan 2022. I walked in and there was one stylist busy with a client, while the other stylist had just walked outside on what I assumed was her break. I signed my name on the sheet, sat down and waited. The woman who I assumed was on break walked back inside. She didn't acknowledge me in any way. Didn't say "hi" or "hello" or anything. She didn't even ask if I had been helped already. As I waited and as the other stylist was busy, this "hairstylist" walked around the salon talking about the weather to her coworker for several minutes, still never acknowledging me as a client. A few more minutes go by and a man walks in, asks what kind of payment the business accepts and says "I'll be right back with my kids." He comes back and this woman puts her apron on and starts working on these kids' hair before me!!! What in the hell kind of service is that!?! I sat and waited quietly and patiently to be helped only to be snubbed for no reason. I thought I would give this place the benefit of the doubt considering the other lady from years back doesn't work there anymore, but sheesh!! This place is horrible!!!! Too bad it's the only "easily affordable" haircut in south lake. Get your act together Classic cuts and learn how to service your locals! read more

I wouldn't go back but am satisfied with results. I made an appt with a recommended stylist who was more concerned about coloring her co worker's hair. I ended up with one that had little experience and lacked confidence. I was asked to pick color for my roots. Not sure how I was expected to do that and ensure it matched. Ultimately I chose all over color and wanted to keep red tint and go lighter. They picked out a color darker than what I was. Sat in a chair that had a dirty vent cover next to it. Gross. Shampoo bowl/chair is the most uncomfortable I've ever experienced. I had color on my face when I left and she didn't wash out the color - I've washed it twice since and still have color on my towels. Lovely. read more

Showed up to get a haircut for my son. Staff was extremely rude from the minute I walked up to put our name down. Mainly the older Caucasian lady (when you enter has the first chair) she was very unprofessional and demanding. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who is visiting from out town. They treat you very different to locals from what we experienced. My son got a little fuzzy and she refused to do the service. Told me to feed him something and have him take a nap and come back.
