Cushions were filled with foam that felt like what I had before. Emailed twice to share feedback and ask for suggestions. Ignored both times. Person who ran my debit card tried to illegally charge a fee for using a debit card and was quite argumentative. Initial fee for credit card was 4%. Most places charge 2-3%. You're not allowed to make money off cc fees. Overall, cannot recommend bc I didn't get what I paid for. Replies to business response: Would you like to clarify how old the samples were that I was given? I said I wanted something close to cement but with a little give. Given that the samples provided were so old (you stated his multiple times) I thought what I would receive would be much firmer. You also shared that the most firm sample wasn't much more firm than the one I chose so why pay the difference. Regarding payment, I absolutely used a credit card for the first payment. I had to ask for the breakdown as it was not provided by you initially. When I paid the remaining balance in person it was with a debit card. It IS illegal to charge a fee when paying with a debit card and I made the person checking me out fully aware so that hopefully you change your business practice so that a future customer doesn't report your business to the AG. I did not threaten you, your company, or the person who handled the final transaction. As far as questioning what could be done after having spent approx $350 on foam that wasn't any better than what I had previously, I was looking for communication, but after ignoring two emails I decided to write a review. Maybe try communicating with folks rather than ignoring them.
